Shipping was extremely fast which was great. I know repacking multiple shipments is supposed to be better because of cost but after having everything repacked there were a bunch of the products inside that got crushed and damaged.

Ich habe vor knapp 3 Monaten über forward2me ein Paket aus England verschiffen lassen .
Erste Schwierigkeiten gab es beim Eintreffen bei forward2me da angeblich illegale Stoffe enthalten wären und sie nicht versenden könnten .
Nachdem ich den Nachweis des Herstellers hatte durfte ich für mein Paket noch einzelne Gewichte raussuchen welche dann addiert wurden um den Versand zu berechnen ... Ne Waage scheinen sie auch nicht zu haben.
Das Paket wurde dann binnen einer Woche an die UPS International Versandstelle in England geschickt , soweit so gut.... Nun steckte das Paket 5 Wochen bei UPS England , in dem Zeitraum wurde 10 mal mit forward2me hin und hergeschrieben und sie wollten sich zurück melden wenn sie UPS erreicht haben.... Naja , ich habe kein schreiben oder Anruf in den 5 wochen bekommen welches mir genaueres zu meinem Paket sagte , nur haben 3 mal die Sachbearbeiter gewechselt.
Irgendwann nochmal 2 wochen später tauchte dann das Paket wohl im Deutschen UPS Lager auf wo es dann noch 2 wochen rumlag und Zwischenzeitlich von UPS verloren wurde.
Das Paket kam an als hätte man damit Fussball gespielt , war auch irgendwie anders verpackt wie ich es von dem Hersteller aus England kenne.
Letztendlich kam wenigstens alles an.
Und der Grund für meine Bewertung jetzt ? Ganz einfach , wer mir 2 mal die Woche eine Email schickt ich solle den letzten sehr komisch gelaufenen Versand doch bitte bewerten kriegt eine

I'm sorry that you have encountered some issues whilst receiving goods to our address and shipping them to Germany.
First of all I see that there was an iniital issue with the goods that you were shipping, we suspected that the product contained nicotine which is prohibited for carriage on our services however after you clarified with the seller that this was not the case the parcel was released for onward shipping.
Unfortunately you then encountered some issues with the export of your parcel, since Brexit there has been a continuous backlog of the clearance of goods in Germany, looking at the interaction with UPS it seems the communication from them has not been clear which delayed the shipment longer than expected.
I know the delay must have been very frustrating for you however please be assured that we always do our very best to work with our couriers to resolve issues like this however sometimes when customs are involved it takes longer than expected.
I hope this won't deter you from using our servies again in the future, however when you communicate with our Customers Services team and the enquiry is lengthy, there may be a number of agents who become involved with the enquiry.

Forward2me did a great job! Unfortunately the shipping via UPS took over 2 month even tough the package was small and papers where attached to box. I wouldn't recommend sending parts via UPS from GB to Germany.

I ordered Cadbury's chocolates which were melted and degraded by the time they got to me. I think the responsiveness was great and they answered questions along the transport promptly. I can't tell if it was the carrier they chose or if they didn't get the appropriate carrier to make sure they got to me in good condition

No privacy! What the product is and all the contents are written on the box.

I'm really sorry that you are unhappy that the contents of the package are showing on the outside of the package, unfortunately we have no way in removing the description, it is a requirement from our couriers to add a description of the goods on the shipping label. This information is also included on the commercial invoice for customs clearance.
Please be assured that we do ensure all customers packages are shipped in courier shipping bags and boxes where possible however we have no control over the information required on the shipping label.

Jag använde den angivna adressen men då kom paketet inte fram. Efter kontakt med avsändaren och f2m så angavs delvis annan adress och först då gick det att skicka paket via er.

I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with the address when you received a parcel to our German warehouse.
I can see from the correspondence that you had entered the address correctly, however there had been an issue with the courier delivering to the address and the parcel was returned to the sender.
Additional signage has now been added at the warehouse and we have spoken to DHL who was the courier in question to ensure that their drivers are able to locate the address when delivering parcels.
Due to this being a new location it can take a little time for couriers to recognise the address format however the issue now seems to have been resolved and there should be no issue with deliveries.
I hope this won't deter you from using this address again, I see that you are based within the EU and this address enables our customers to purchase goods within the EU and ship within the free trade area.

I had an awful experience with this company. I probably sent them 50 emails as there were so many issues. From logging in problems to the delivery. I was told I would be charged £14 for the replacing option instead I was charged £16. I was also told some items I had was dangerous, only for them to tell one item was dangerous as it was a nail polish remover which I understand. But the confusion between the warehouse and the customer service team delayed the delivery which I needed urgently some of it around whether a lotion was considered dangerous and another about the package they recieved been open. I waited 2 or 3 days for someone to come back to me but eventually I just asked for the item to be shipped anyways. Customer service reps also dont respond when they cant answer a query. I had several unanswered emails and WhatsApp messages. But then the email requests were put under one request and still went unanswered until I sent a few chasers. My delivery was initially sent via FedEx even though I asked for it to be sent via DHL as i put down a DHL delivery address. Luckily I eventually got the shipment but the repacking option didnt really help as the weight of the items separately was still used as the final weight so I don't even think they reweigh it after repacking. I read so many negative reviews but thought maybe those individuals were just being difficult but found it to be a negative experience and would suggest that you look at a different reshipping company.

I see you have mentioned that you have emailed and sent messages in whatsapp, sometimes this can confuse matters as different agents take on the queries and this slows down the process. It is always best to keep to one communication channel to ensure that your queries are dealt with as swiftly as possible.
I'm sorry that repacking your goods did not save any money on shipping however the service does also aim to ensure your goods are safe and secure for international shipping and I see on a positive note that your shipment arrived on time.
