I often use German Forward2me warehouse. last time I moved my package to Japan from the warehouse, the package was stuck at Japanese import custom.

The team decided to provide a refund of the product's value. Thank you to the individual dealing with this issue internally for Forward2me (I will not mention her name as that is personal information).

04/Feb/2025: The Foward2me customer support team suggested a phone call as a gesture of good will to further discuss the issue. They gave me 2 calls, and when I picked up the only thing I could hear was noise. I called the team back (in which case the phone call was fine by the way) and they told me they will reach out to me via the representative I have been talking to. After that, the same issue occurred with the noise on the line. I couldn't hear anything. I haven't heard back from the Forward2me customer support since. Very confusing situation.

Used forward2me couple of times and was happy with them. Last year my shipping was £53 and the package value £419,95. Thought it was perfect. Now i had the same order just less so my order was £330 but now my shipping was £108. Think the price change within 1 year is ridiculous. And to note £108 was the cheapest option.
Also asked for repacking and extra protection, repacking was done, extra protection was worthless. All they did was add brown paper on top, so the contents weren't protected. Nothing on the sides or underneath. Also appd them about extra protection before i did the official request and i was assured it would be done. They said we have added extra notificationon the shipment, well that didn't help.
Probably won't be using F2M again as the price for shipping is to high for the value of contents. Shipping was quick so that was great 👍

Service worked as promised.
Make sure to put in the net price of the items you shop, not the gross price like I did when you are asked to give a price for each item you want F2M to ship for you.
Because of that, I ended up paying too much taxes to the customs office when shipping with DPD. My fault, not F2M's.
I think F2M should clarify that you should give net prices in the form.

Very good experience. It was the first time I had been through this kind of service and I was a little worried but it went very well. The only negative point is that I purposely sent the invoice of my package so that they knew what was inside and they still decided to open it anyway to check. This delayed the shipment of my package. But nothing very long.

I had some issues with my package at international customs. Joyce from the Germany warehouse went above and beyond to ensure the problem was rectified and then checked on my package daily to make sure it got to me okay. I really appreciated her quick response time and the reassurance that she would’ve take care of anything else that might’ve happened. It’s always a little nerve wracking to order something internationally and then forward it to another country, but I felt taken care of by Joyce!

Forward2me is a brilliant service that has allowed me to buy things from the US and have them forwarded onto me in the UK for a really decent price .. most of the parcels I’ve had sent to me have only cost me $15 and only take about a week or so to get here. The only reason I have knocked a star off is because one of my parcels did go missing it was shown as delivered by USPS to the warehouse but could never be found and I did have a lot of trouble trying to get compensation for my lost parcel from them but after trying to make a complaint my case was handed over to a customer experience manager called Aimee at the warehouse in Wilmington and she very quickly apologised and arranged a refund for the value of my missing item, and she was very quick to respond to my messages. I had to contact her again as I had 3 parcels delivered to their old warehouse address without realising the address had changed and she quickly located the 3 parcels and made sure they were scanned through and are now on their way to me so all is okay again. I’m very grateful for Aimee’s help she’s been great and I hope she gets recognition for her excellent customer service … thanks Aimee x

I use forward2me when buying from the USA as most of the stores I buy from don’t ship to South Africa and on both occasions I received my orders in good condition handled by the Forward2Me USA warehouse.
The customer service is excellent and truly appreciate how the consultant assisting me (Joyce) ensured that my parcel was delivered.

Horrible experience all around. Still have not received my parcel and now threatened with further fees by the company or parcel will not be released. One cs person in particular (from their UK office?) has been nothing but nasty and blatantly trying to gaslight and insult me in this ongoing drama. I just want my parcel released and be done with this company forever. It´s all fine until something goes wrong and that´s when a company reveals their true measure. This one is to be avoided at all costs.
Update: I have reached out to the email below and was promised this would be taken care of and I hope this finally resolves this.

I had an issue with the re-packing instructions, I wrote to the customer service department and Windy helped me immediately and solved the issue for me. My pack was about dog food, and is critical for this kind of goods to be shipped asap in order to be able to feed the dogs. Forward2me is the company you should be looking for if you want to receive shipments internationally with fast delivery and reliable customer support. What i liked about this comoany is their different shipping methods such UPS And Fedex And DHL and especially their low prices and accurate shipping calculator. However it was a little bit slow in receiving packages to their warehouse but that is because of christmas and weekends. They even managed my return request without going into many details and questions, so it was a seemless experience overall. The thing i would like for them to improve is if they add a live chat so i do not have to wait for them via email to respond to my questions, but they do reply a little fast on instagram. Also their customer support agents : Julie , Jane And regilyn and friendly and helpful.

We understand that our warehouse team is handling the description of your goods for your shipment. However, we encourage all customers to either upload an invoice or describe the contents of any incoming packages arriving at our warehouse.
The benefit of uploading an invoice is that it simplifies the process, as you don’t need to manually describe the contents of your order. Once you upload the invoice, we will automatically handle the description of your items for you.

This was my first time using this service or any service like this, the whole experience was really easy and straight forward. I was notified when my package arrived and was able to get it shipped to Australia with no problem.

I sent 3 pieces of shipment from USA to Netherlands, and the shipments got held up at the UPS customs department because they needed more information for clearance on a food supplement that was included. I did not get any message about this from anyone, I had to call UPS myself 3 times to figure this out, and only a week after I got an email from J asking me to provide a list of the ingredients. She also said that my shipment would be returned that next day so that it was urgent, as I'd have to pay return charges. I responded in the middle of the night, but never got a response back, and the WhatsApp/chat/email is totally unreachable on Forward2Me's side. I absolutely refuse to pay return charges for a shipment that I've been waiting on and contacting about for over a week, without anyone getting back to me. I wasted nearly $200 on this whole situation and will NEVER use Forward2Me again. Reviews that say that customer service is amazing must be staged.
Please get back to me ASAP, this is about people's purchases and money, it is unacceptable.
Update: after a lot of hassle, this matter was resolved. Forward2Me only got in touch with me after I wrote this review (they could’ve done so for more than a week before that). Service was still spotty and I had to do a lot of it myself. And please stop asking me to change my review. No. Not using this again.

I wanted to forward only a few screws from the UK so I had them delivered to the Preston location, but the packaging was too big for the cheap reshipping options (>90cm overall size). After contacting customer support, Windy and the team made my package way smaller and I could ship it for GBP 9.99.
