It is clean on the reviewing and sorting of items and packages, the handling is also really really fast, as a forwarding company, this is the quality that is crucial. I had quite a journey with this company my first time out I ordered something that came in three packages, however I know how the delay is with customs etc. so I asked for all the packages to be gathered into one shipment they reiterated to me that it would, I asked three times to confirm they said they would because I knew they would get lost or delayed I even told them I was afraid and reassured me twice of this that it would be shipped into one package anyway… what I was afraid of happened they did not merge the packages together due to their own human error I received one within 2 days after shipping 2 of them ended up at the wrong address and DHL WAS AMAZING to find out what happened and helped me, I ended up getting my packages two weeks later and a refund from forwardtome for the shipping delay.. took about three weeks to get all my packages which were supposed to come within two days make sure that you merge your packages together and if applicable that you tell them to put a prior notice if you’re importing any consumables I received everything otherwise they did try to help me with finding out the issue and apologized for the mistake and the unconvinience they are honest and accepted their fault. I do recommend them because I rather have someone pay attention to me if issues arise

One of my shipments was completely destroyed. It had Never happened and I always got my packages perfectly. This shipment almost every item was completely shattered and damaged. Which was devastating since they are rare collectibles

They were very helpful and responsive when it looked like one of 5 books was missing from my order. They went and checked with the warehouse and remedied the mistake right away. My experience was bad, the shipping price is very high, I did not have a repackage, only DHL is available! I had to pay for the shipment to reach me, I will not repeat dealing with you again and I will not advise anyone about you, I commend the communication service is the best.

Ryan and whoever it was that was helping me with my recent shipments of 2 bottles of Scotch Whisky, you guys were great from start to finish!!! My 2 bottles were dispatched in a timely fashion, well packaged, still had all of the original display boxes and protective packaging and there wasn't a single atom out of place let alone a scratch. The service was super good to be honest, only 4 stars because there was a mistake.... The value of the good that was written at your end included (wrongly) the cost of the shipping that was the same as the value of the goods so I had to pay Customs and services. If you had written correctly only the value of the goods would have been free!! Other than that great service and super fast

I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service we offer although there was an issue with the declaration of the shipping costs when you shipped your goods.
Generally customs duties and taxes are calculated on both the value of the goods and the cost of shipping on import, for this reason we add these fees to the commercial invoice as default. forward2me offer very competitive shipping rates and have found that in the past if the shipping charges are not declared on the commercial invoices customers can be charged a higher estimated rate by customs.
However if you feel that the shipping costs should not be included on the commercial invoice you do have the option to remove these fees via your account. I will ask one of our Customer Experience team to contact you via email to confirm this process to ensure we have this right for you going forward.
