I recently purchased an item from eBay that didn’t offer delivery to my country, so I started looking for freight forwarders online. After reading positive reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to try forward2me, and I’m glad I did! The process was incredibly smooth—after using the UK address provided by forward2me, my item was delivered to them and then forwarded to my country without any issues. The platform is easy to navigate, and I appreciated how streamlined everything was, from the initial purchase to the final delivery. I've shipped from multiple countries around the world and have purchased from many online stores in the UK, all of which were less than a third of the cost. When payment was due after being made to pay for repackaging (which was actually very good) the price went up over 20% which was already high. They also charged me for multiple items instead of one, after notifying them about this they said they would change that which the did back to single item but price remained the same.

For goods over $1000, GST is charged upon import. If you're a registered Australian business with GST approval, you can add your account details to your Forward2me profile to avoid being charged for GST on shipping.

A simple way to get deliveries to the UK from companies within the EU that don't ship here post Brexit. Quick and easy to use and very efficient with all your customs fees paid before the item is delivered. Useful to be able to 'bundle' orders into one box to reduce costs. Have also used for a package from the USA which was actually quicker than from the EU!

The transport is a lot, minimum 22$ and they also include the price of the amount paid to the carrier in the invoice so you have to pay double tax on it.
There is nowhere mentioned that you must confirm your address with your id. You are only asked to provide that when you encounter your first package and try to ship it. Why you have to confirm it when you basically pay for it to be shipped and declare all the values? you also have to do the border processes yourself and redo the list of items again because it wasn't properly communicated to the first in the first place when you completed it.
For the Japanese warehouse, I have no complaints but for the German one they over-opened all the packages with the motive that is to ensure that you don't have illegal goods to your region. Mate, it came to Europe it was already inspected properly, with an x-ray as it should be done, to ensure nothing illegal for the EU is inside. Even the sealed boxes where opened. You don't even at least get pictures of the package to know if something was missing or damaged when it arrived to them, and I had items missing and didn't know if I should contact them or the other firm to reship it to them and the repay the shipping price :). Also, you have 30 days storage but if you combine a package with 1 day left with another one that has more days left for combine shipping, you now have 1 day left on the combined package. Aaaand if you do this when that package has only a few hours left, which takes a few hours to a day, congrats now you have to pay for extended storage :).
Overall I would only recommend it if you don't have any other alternatives and don't care if some of your goods are missing or seen by someone else and pay a lot of money for subpar delivery.
Update: since privacy doesn't seem to be their concern at all (disclosing names seen on other reviews as well) and the FAQ is considered legally binding to them and is my fault that I read the terms of service and the privacy notice which btw doesn't mention handle of this data.
PS: the blue picture button that is mentioned, only shows the picture that is included in the email that they received a package for you, which is the package sealed with the shipping details on it. So yeah not addressing that a second useless verification can lead to missing items.

The process worked ordering the item and it was delivered to my Forward2Me address in Germany.
I chose UPS as the courier as they said it would be delivered to my address in England in 3-5 working days. It actually took double that time. It seemed to spend a week in Poland.
I cannot hold Forward2Me responsible for the delay.

The store I ordered from was unable to use the provided UK address because the format was incorrect. After the store called forward2me though everything could be resolved and I received my package without any further problems. My items arrived, so far ok.
What I wish you to do better:
1. The price for your service should be predictable. Please make sure that forwarding costs indicated in beforehand on your website do not increase tens of percent without any reason.
2. I was invited to check a modified list of my items. I was not able to cancel twice-mentioned items or change the number of them so that the sum would be correct. I guess the idea of checking the list on my side and checking the package on your side should not lead to contradictions impossible to overcome, or simply to the fact that your staff closed all possible eyes in front of the obvious contradiction.
3. As far as my package was possibly opened and checked, a not so comfortable outcome was that at arrival at my house multiple product's packages missed useful parts of their package.
What I wish you to do better:

The repackaging that I requested to combine the packages did not happen and things were not packaged well so my items arrived damaged.

32 days of my package held at DHL at departure country and DHL refusdd to ship my package , DHL being a racist and unprofessional company,saying my name “raised a security alert” because my name is Mohammad. Very bad and racist DHL Poland, i will never recommend working with them again. Fortunately forward2me agent “ Regilyn” helped me recover my package and even reshipped my package free of charge. And was very kind and nice and respectful to me. I highly recommend.

I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.

With so many diff companies offering parcel forwarding, I was relieved that Forward2Me was quick/free to set up an account, which enabled me to start using it straight away. First time using the FORWARD2ME service. Honestly liked how it gave me multiple addresses for a variety of countries. The UI is also easy to navigate and as long as your computer literate the process is easy. I thought the prices were fair for shipping and around the amount I expected. I will definitely be using this site again for package forwarding.

From the UK to Germany we currently have 9 different shipping options from companies including DPD, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Each of these services has restrictions on what you can ship, including things like limits on value, size or weight, or the type of goods.
Unfortunately your shipment contained a type of Dangerous Goods. From your perspective that might not make sense as you were only shipping hair care products. We don't make these rules but we are forced to work within them. At forward2me we are fully qualified to ship dangerous goods from all of our locations but many courier services don't allow dangerous goods on their networks owing to the additional burden of special packaging, special handling and additional paperwork. This is why you only see one shipping option - that is the only option currently available to us for that type of goods from the UK to Germany.
I agree with you, the shipping price is high. Unfortunately this is outside our control. The cheaper services have the most restrictions - including not allowing Dangerous Good - that is how they keep their costs low. In addition to being limited to more premium services, substantial additional fees are applied for handling dangerous goods. At forward2me we do not charge anything extra, we just pass those fees straight through from the courier.
This is a frustrating situation even for forward2me but I would like to reassure you that we are continually pressing the couriers to reduce these fees and we are working hard to provide more shipping options in every type of situation.
