They were very professional and prompt with replies to queries via email and phone and tracking was super easy. Had a problem with the delivery of my laptop and USB cable they sent them separately instead of one package. A minor error that they resolved quickly and professionally.

Better repack. I had two coats and oaid over 60£ to get them sent to me. Apparently it was cheaper to send them separately. Which I doubt very much.

my shipment arrived in good condition and the price seems reasonable to me but I didn't like that the packaging material was neglected for some of my products and there is also no custom option for it.

Hi , I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service because I have encountered problems with receiving packages , in particular I am very perplexed about some items that are missing inside the packages and which aren't shown in the homepage of my packages in stock in the Preston mailbox. I have sent you several e-mails but have never received a reply. Could you answer me as soon as possible? Thank you!

forward2Me had great customer service, in assisting me in getting started. They respond quickly, and get orders placed and shipped quickly. I would definitely be unitizing their services for future international orders. Their website and user account side of the site are all very well laid out and easy to use. They provide all the right information, in logical places, with updates along the way. As long as their rates continue to be reasonable, I look forward to doing future business with them.

Been using Forward2Me services from U.K., Germany, Spain & Turkey warehouses all to the U.S. Excellent and convenient customer service each time! Quick response through WhatsApp, consolidating packages is only a few button clicks, and shipping is easy. Only downside is limited shipping carriers at some warehouse locations so the shipping prices might not be the lowest. But for the ease, convenience and timely tracked shipping it more than worth the premium to get your goods delivered.
