Used to be good. Sadly since a couple of months customer support got really slow. I import goods containing alcohol , these must be manually repacked and have invoices created by customer support. This used to take 2 - 3 days. Now it is a minimum of 7 days until the parcel leaves the storage. Not going to use the service anymore.

Hi there,I am sorry if you feel dissatisfied with our policies in relation to shipping Dangerous Goods.I understand that you recently purchased numerous car cleaning products that were classified as restricted and one of the cleaning products 1000 ml snow foam garage therapy product, could not be shipped through our services due to the size of the bottles being over our accredited shipping limit for dangerous goods.Unfortunately the Dangerous Goods surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who have to abide by the rules, regulations and packaging instructions set out by IATA (International Air Transport Association). Therefore there is no negotiation on the set Dangerous Goods surcharge fees by the couriers for shipments containing products such as your cleaning products. I am please to hear that the cleaning products that we could ship to your address in Japan have arrived to you safely and in good condition.We do provide further information relating to Dangerous Goods from the FAQ's page on our website which advises customers to always contact us prior to purchasing any products or items that may be classified as dangerous goods to help determine what additional charges or costs would incur for shipping the goods and to help us conclude if we would be able to offer a dangerous goods shipping service to the destination country. The whole purpose is to avoid duties and taxes. Since this service is not available with this company, I don’t see why using it again. Not happy.

Hi there,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our services.I have checked your account details and I can see this was your first shipping experience with our company.I can see you shipped your first order from our UK warehouse which would have meant you would have incurred duties and taxes due to the United Kingdom no longer being part of the European Union.We do understand that shipping from the UK to the EU is now more expensive than pre-brexit for this reason we have now opened a completely new dedicated warehouse in Germany. This is owned and operated by forward2me rather than a partner. We wanted to make sure our valued EU customers could still shop and forward packages within the EU in the same way they have been up until now. Our EU warehouse will offer the same benefits that our UK to EU warehouse previously did. I am sorry to hear you feel dissatisfied with the shipping price for your package from our Turkey warehouse.
I have calculated the original chargeable weight of your POLO package and this would have been based on the volume of the package (12.61 kg) rather than the actual weight of the package 5.95 kg which would have meant you would have paid €156.27 for the shipping costs. Most couriers, including DHL, will base their shipping costs on the greater of either the actual weight or volumetric weight for a package.
I can see that you did request a combine and repack service for the package which successfully reduced the chargeable weight of your package by almost 8 kg which in turn lowered your overall shipping cost down with a difference of €48.69. Our combine and repack service enabled you to make an overall saving on the original shipping price for your package from our Turkey warehouse.
I can understand that even the discounted shipping price that you eventually paid (€107.58) may not have appeared cost effective for you because you were only shipping one single package. Therefore we would suggest that you order more packages to our Turkey warehouse for onward shipping and the overall cost of shipping would be more justifiable for you because you would be receiving more items together as one shipment rather than paying a higher price to only receive one single package. For example, if you shipped multiple packages from the Turkey warehouse that had a similar combined total volumetric weight as your POLO package was (12.61 kg) you would still only be required to pay the same shipping price that you would have paid for the single POLO package originally (€156.27) because the DHL shipping rate would still be based on the greater chargeable weight being the volume rather than the actual weight which means you would be receiving more items for the same shipping price.

I have used this service for about a year now and I do not recommend using them. The shipping fees are VERY expensive, which wouldn't even be that big of a problem if their service made up for it, which it definitely does not. At least 60-70% of my shipments with them have had some sort of problem. Some of my packages have been lost after arriving at the warehouse. Many times the price you have to pay does not match the quote you get when combining packages for shipment (even though it says it will be between these two amounts it's often even higher). There have been way too many "system issues" that have caused them to cancel shipment invoices and "fix it" so that when it is regenerated the price is higher to ship the same packages. The biggest problem I have had through all of the time I have worked with them is that not once has the company paid the price difference for any mistakes made. Every single time I have been stuck paying the difference. You waste, sometimes a week or more, going back and forth via email only to give up and just pay the difference so you can get your shipment. Often times the responses you receive from customer service are a complete joke and are no help at all. Overall I would recommend trying a different company for any freight forwarding services you need.

I ordered a ski bag and skis. First time using the German address and it was just as smooth as the UK experience over the years. They were able to combine both things and ship. Customer service was great in getting the packing just how I wanted it, and was very prompt with communication. There is one downside. The ski package was over their length limit and was considered special and therefore cost me more to ship. The box was somewhat long (under six feet) but very skinny and volumetrically small. It could have fit in the smallest hatchback auto with no issues. I do not consider that package to be special in size, but maybe there are parcel restrictions in place the company can’t avoid.

I was disappointed with the final quote. When I entered the measurements I received a reasonable quote. However, when I received the final quote from you it was 3 times the amount. Plus when you opened up my package it wasn't repackaged how it was delivered to you.

I have checked the final shipping price you would have been quoted for your package with FedEx from our pricing page on our website and this does match the shipping price you paid for with FedEx from your account but the pricing page shipping quote would have not included the additional Australian GST-the pricing page only shows +GST. This is because GST has to be calculated from 10% of the total purchase value of the goods and 10% shipping cost and this cannot be added on until the final shipment has been processed for your package from your account.
Please be aware that we are required to recover GST on behalf of the Australian Government from all customers who are shipping goods to Australia that are less than $1000 AUD total value.
This information is also available from the FAQ's section on our website.
I have also checked the status of your package and this was not requested for a repack service by you from your account prior to shipping which means the package will have been shipped out to you exactly as it arrived to us from the original sender.

Product purchased (a car headlight) from Lithuania and forwarded to your German warehouse. Arrived in Australia broken in several places. Probably poorly packaged by the original forwarder, but I would have thought - for what I paid - that forward2me would have inspected the parcel and made a decision about whether it was adequately packaged to survive the rest of the journey. It clearly was not, and I feel very let down that forward2me made no attempt to ensure that it was better packaged for the onward journey.

Hi Angus,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services and that you have received your car part in poor condition to your Australian address.All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our EU warehouse up until the date of delivery and we should still be within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment if needed, once we have assessed the images of the damage to the packaging and to your goods in more detail.I believe one of my customer experience agents has already reached out to you via email to request the required images and documents for a damage claim ready to escalate this issue to the FedEx couriers as soon as possible. If i could say that one thing is missing is that in some other service they take photos of your box so you can desided if you want it repack or not.
