Always efficient and excellent service, however, please consider if you repack and combine goods as not to pack e.g. electronic goods without bubble wrap between them/around them, otherwise scuff marks, scratches will be guaranteed, as has happened with my 2 car radios packed together.

Firstly you need to make aware that you cannot export certain items: I bought backpacks and now you tell me these are dual use goods and can be used for military. Very strange !!! My shipment had to be split I I was told you can send to any UK address free of charge, yet I was charged !

We are sorry you that you feel dissatisfied with our services.
Unfortunately our couriers do not permit us to ship dual use or military classified commodities on our account as they could be used for non personal use. For shipping this type of product we would need a different kind of export licence for shipping especially with goods going outside the UK.
I know this is disappointing and please be assured we are listening to you and reading your comments however we need to follow the advice of our couriers and what we are permitted to ship on our account with them. Furthermore, now that the UK has left the customs union, we are now classed as a third country and with the amount of dual use classified items arriving to us for our customers' being considerably low overall we do not yet feel it would be beneficial for us to apply for the additional required export license needed for shipping dual use items.
We apologize for any inconveninece this may cause you and, going forward, we would advise for you to contact our customer experience team to check if any goods would be classified as military or non personal use prior to purchasing to avoid this issue happening again. Further information on our policies and procedures regarding dual use products can be found from the FAQ's section on our website and terms of trade.
I have checked your return to sender shipment and I cannot see that an agent had offered to ship your dual use items to your requested UK address free of charge, however, as a one time service gesture I have arranged for your UK shipping costs to be reimbursed to you as a gesture of goodwill.
I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from shipping with us again in the future and that you will reconsider your current rating of our services.

I must confess I was a bit wary at the begginning , being the first time using such service. I am thoroughly delighted with all of it - end to end! The set up , and obtaining and address , looked 'way too easy' but it worked like a charm! Got address right away , ordered , package arrived , and a picture was available right away waiting for next steps. Payment selection , and shipping was seamless (as well as accounting for importing documentation!). Just superb!

I have been a customer of FORWARD2ME. And this time round due to COV19 restriction and prevailing transportation of dangerous good order (despite my packages are not dangerous at all) I almost gave up my purchase. Simply perfect. I used this service for the first time and I had a problem that somehow website said they don’t have anything for me to send although I received the mail saying I must finish the purchasing process or it will be canceled. I panicked and sent the message immediately.Then, Aimee, the reliable supporter responded me in literally 3 minutes and gave me all the detailed information I needed! I was surprised really because I live in Asian zone and we have time differences!!! What’s more, I believe my English wasn’t that easy to understand and I don’t understand the high level English but Aimee’s text was very clear and simple, I didn’t need to use google translate. Finally most important part, I could complete my purchase and now I’m waiting for my package to arrive.

Forward2me always deliveries (pun totally intended!). Great customer service; a smidge slow this time, but I am assuming they were super busy. Very helpful though, once I got them.
This time, I only had one box, which was well packed, so was marginally irked it needed to be repacked, adding to the already high price, but I got my order in Luxembourg, about a week after it arrived at forward2me’s warehouse, which was fast and the goal.

The shipment took 2 weeks to arrive, which was supposed to be 2-3 days. When I contacted customer service I got canned responses and the distinct feeling that they did not care in the least about my issue. When the shipment was opened it became clear that the repacking was very poorly done. These were books for resale and they had been handled with dirty hands so the covers needed to be cleaned. They had also been badly arranged in the boxes so some of them were warped and could not be resold. Never again.

However I have looked at the tracking link for your shipment with the TNT Economy service and I can clearly see your package was delayed in the network for 2 weeks and appeared to be continuously moving back and forth in the network unnecessarily. I cannot see that any of the delays were linked to customs clearance delays which is usually the main reasons for shipments taking longer to move onto delivery in the network especially if there is a backlog for the couriers at destination. We apologize for any frustration and inconveninece this long delay with your shipment has caused you. I have immediately submitted a query to TNT, in relation to the continuous delays for your shipment, to try to determine the cause and to also evaluate if it is possible for us to raise a claim with the courier for the 2 week delay, as the original shipper, and try to source some compensation for you.
I will be back in touch with you via direct email to reiterate what has been discussed with you in from this review, to request some images of your items and how these were received to you in the box and to also update you on the status of the query I have open with TNT in relation to your shipment as soon as I have received a response from the courier.
