They are quick to ship. The only issue is I only had one option for shipping and that was fedex. I personally like to use DHL. But they are super helpful with answering any questions.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the courier shipping price you have paid through our service.
We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.
We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulties this may be causing all of our customer's.
I have looked at your recent shipments through our service and I can see that you had reached out to us and requested to cancel the advised combine and repack for one of your packages prior to shipping. Another reason why you will have paid a higher price is because the chargeable weight for packages with the courier's are based on the greater of either the volumetric weight/size of the package or the actual weight of the goods. The volumetric/size of your packages was greater than the actual weight of the goods inside. I understand that you did not wish for the external or internal packaging to be removed for resale purposes but by cancelling or refusing to request a repack request this meant that we could not successfully save you any volume and the packages will have been shipped with the courier based on the original dimensions and weights as they were originally received by the senders. If a repack had been completed for your packages, there would have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing the current size of the package which could have helped lower the final FedEx Connect shipping price and you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price if you were only shipping one package.

Too expensive. My purchase almost doubled in price due to very high freight cost and fees. I also had to pay unnecessary GST prices at the border as they required me to pay these before shipping despite the fact that I informed them that the price of the garment was under the tax threshold.

I have been looking at the details from your recent FedEx shipment through our service and I can see that you never chose to combine and repack your clothing/ coat prior to shipping. I have verified that the reason why you will have paid a higher price for shipping is because the chargeable weight for the John Lewis coat that you have shipped would have been been based on the volumetric weight/size of the package rather than the actual weight of the goods inside. If a repack had been requested for the John Lewis coat, there would have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing and by us carefully folding the coat smaller in size this would have further reduced the original dimensions and should have helped lower the final courier shipping prices available to you. Furthermore you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price if you were only shipping one package.
I would like to discuss your GST issue with you in more detail via email because if you have been asked to pay GST twice for the same shipment this is not right and we need to ensure this matter is resolved for you.

Nothing wrong with the service at all. However , your freight rates had virtually doubled since the last time I used the service. I would use the service weekly or at least fortnightly , however this past week I have had a similar delivery from the same supplier forwarded to a private address , and re-mailed to me using the British Postal Service for less than half the Forward2Me freight cost. My question is , can you include a British Postal Service option in your offering????

The service is excellent, customer care is great but to be honest shipping costs from the UK together with the import duties we then have to pay have become extremely high making it difficult to shop from the UK which is really sad. This does not reflect in any way on the wonderful customer care service forward2me offers but is simply a reflection on the new reality of purchasing goods from the UK.

I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our system processes and account functionalities through our service.
I have looked back at your correspondence with our customer experience team from May 2022 and I can see that you were having issues with selecting your 5 packages for shipping from your account.
I noticed that 2 of your vinyl packages had been marked as requiring an additional repack service prior to shipping, when they had first arrived to our UK warehouse.
The advised additional repack service was to ensure the goods were safely and sufficiently packed for transit with the courier or if the original packaging from the seller was identified as unsuitable. You would have then been prompted to submit the combine and repack requests for both packages from your account and you would have been asked to select the courier service that you required for the packages to be repacked for and shipped with. I can see that you chose combine and repack to be completed for the Royal Mail Untracked Budget service, for both vinyl packages. Unfortunately only 1 of the 2 vinyl packages was repacked for the untracked budget courier service and it appears the repack service for the second vinyl package was rejected possibly because both packages combined together would go over the maximum shipping limits for the untracked budget service or because the repack agent concluded that the original box was not unsafe or unsuitable for transit.
Please note that the Royal Mail untracked budget courier option is only for shipping 1 single package-not a multi piece- and the single package for untracked budget can only have a weight of 2 kg or less, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a total declared value under £20.
I am confident that because you had selected the combine and repack service for the untracked budget courier service, from your account, this was the reason why you were unable to view any other courier options or shipping prices, other than untracked budget courier service, from your account when you selected all 5 packages for shipping. This was also the reason why there was no shipping price showing for the untracked budget courier service for all 5 selected packages from your account because untracked budget is a single package only service. All of the other courier services and prices, such as DHL, UPS or TNT, were only visible and accessible from your account once our customer experience agent went back into your optimized package and manually removed the selected courier option (untracked budget) from the optimized package which then allowed you to proceed with shipping all 5 packages as a multi piece shipment with a alternative tracked courier service.
We do advise customers to always send their goods through our available tracked courier services to ensure the stated movement and location of their packages through the shipping network at all times.
I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from using our services again in the future and we do hope you will reconsider your current rating.
