Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible for our customers based on the volume of packages that we receive.
We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide. Unfortunately the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some of the courier services are reviewing their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis. Also many of the courier services' are having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.
We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulties this may be causing all of our customer's.

This used to be my go-to service for Germany, everything was perfect up to recently.
Then DHL shipments started to return to original senders. I contacted the customer service, they were aware of the issue and they sent out a notice email to warn customers to use the new address due to recent city zoning changes.
After that I had to re-order all the shipments that got returned. A couple of days later, still the same issue. All DHL shipments returned, again.
A few more days pass by, I contact the customer service again and then they gave me a yet another, now 3rd address, saying that they're still working on it. So what is the point of this, to waste my time even more with addresses that don't work?
It's been almost 10 days since I first raised the issue and I'm sure they have nearly every customer at German warehouse affected by this because DHL is usually the standard shipping service and somehow they still cannot receive shipments from the most widely used courier in the country.
You'd think a company that LITERALLY DEPENDS on receiving shipments, would resolve the issue of receiving said shipments! But it doesn't seem like they're in a hurry.
Since then they haven't even bothered to release any additional public notices despite the warehouse not functioning properly for more than a week.
Very poor job at keeping their frustrated customers informed.
Then DHL shipments started to return to original senders. I contacted the customer service, they were aware of the issue and they sent out a notice email to warn customers to use the new address due to recent city zoning changes.

Beware of sending anything to the German warehouse at present.
I was very pleased with the service in the past & consumer service is always friendly.
However, the German warehouse recently changed address, leading DHL not to find it.
Additionally, it appears that Anazon orders requiring an OTP won't go through, presumably because no one at the warehouse discloses them in spite of consumers giving them.
You can thus expect that hardly anything arrives there at the moment.
Consumer service explained that they know of both issues, but not how they happen.
It appears that the warehouse simply seeks no solution for the issue & sits it out. I suspect its because they'd have to hire one new person to dedicatedly handle the OTP scenario, but don't want to.
They saw no need to tell of the address change in time either, only after a few parcels went back.
Thus, I go from 5 stars in the past to 1 star right now.

Trying to make a purchase from a German eBay Seller, the seller did not ship to countries outside the EU because of nonEU buyers.
I found Forward2me through internet reviews. Forward2me provided me the opportunity to purchase an eBay item from Germany not available outside the EU. I was, furthermore, able to track the purchase from the Seller first through eBay and then through the shipper provided by Forward2me.

repacking failed and only 5 from 6 units were delivered. 1 was clearly broken as the full package was wet and smelling. Never again, really bad experience

All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our EU warehouse up until the date of delivery and unfortunately we may just be still within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment. I can see that you did not request a repack service for your goods prior to shipping, therefore, all of your goods would have been shipped out as they were received from the original senders. I am happy to ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request additional images of the damaged items so we can assess and conclude this matter further at our side for you.

While my package did arrive totally safely to me, and in a pretty decent timeframe, I took two stars off because my singular item had to be put in line to be "combine and repacked" which meant I had to pay more money and wait longer for what was 1 package to be put in a different box?

Clear communication, easy website and fast delivery. Only negative comment would be about the quoted/charged shipping rates. They’re considerably higher than a direct quote from DHL for same package weight/dimension.

Please be aware that, when you order goods to the tax free warehouse, the tax free element refers to the 20% VAT that is deducted from the total purchase costs of the items from the online retailer either upon checkout or upon delivery to Guernsey.
The VAT or tax free element refers to the purchase VAT or tax that you save from your original purchase with the retailer and this VAT or tax saving would contribute towards your final costs for the shipping service.
Guernsey is an English-speaking island located in the English Channel between France and Great Britain. It is not part of the United Kingdom or a member of the European Union, instead it is a self-governing Crown Dependency. Significantly, Guernsey has no VAT or GST (Tax Free). This means if a UK retailer ships to Guernsey they should not be charging VAT or tax.
Therefore it is recommended that you only look to ship higher value goods to the Tax Free address as the shipping options can be a little more expensive than shipping from our mainland UK address. It's a good service. They did indeed come through on receiving my package in Japan and then shipping it. I'm giving a low rating because I might as well have just paid flipper price on eBay because the shipping for my product was $70 :l to California. That was the cheapest shipping via DHL too. Product was 21×11×33.5cm and 1.67kg (3.68 pounds). Which is pretty exorbitant pricing for something weighting 3 pounds in my opinion. I would recommend choosing another forwarding service. I'm not sure how or why shipping is that expensive from them but on eBay international shipping for same product would've been $20 so they must be including some crazy fees in there somewhere. An even smaller package was like $30 as well. So they cray. Choose something else, I'll be trying tenso next if I ever buy overseas again. At least I didn't have to pay ca sales tax for my item.

The case of the big radio box I shipped got broken. Parcel was definitely mishandled by the transport company but also the protection was poor.
