Had an issue with my package getting to me and the company was on top of it every step of the way. They mare sure that the necessary steps were taken to retrieve my package and to ensure it was shipped to me. No extra costs. Great communication and updates from Wens (person that assisted me). The company was very helpful initially to ensure my package was ready to ship. UPS picked up my package but then was unable to ship it to me overseas. UPS (apparently) returned the package. That was almost 5 days ago. I have tried calling, WhatsApp'ing, emailing and not a single response. When the shipping process goes right, Forward2Me is a decent service. When there's a few kinks in the road, their service is next to non-existant. Big shame and will think hard about using the service in the future. For now I am still hoping for a response about the returned items.

J’ai eu une très bonne expérience avec ce site. Étant méfiante de nature, j’avais peur que cela ne fonctionne pas très bien, mais l’envoi a été rapide (max 2 jours après) et j’ai reçu le colis rapidement. J’hésiterai pas à recommander avec eux. Juste un petit défaut : le temps de réponse parfois est un peu long lorsqu’on écrit sur Whatsapp et j’avais posé une question à laquelle je n’ai pas reçu de réponse. Sinon rien à dire :)

You app is not user friendly. Considering most people do things on their phone you fail to mention there are only things that can be done on a desktop and directions.. there are none. Also, was charged for combined shipping, but were sent separately and one book was damaged

It was my mistake for not asking a quote before even shipping the product to your warehouse! I paid almost 290 euros for shipping and you send me via FEDEX because that is only chepest option I have and FEDEX changed the estimated delivery dates three times and probably the worst shipping service I have ever seen and they don’t even have a proper office here in paphos!

I have forwarded a plastic cover I ordered in England for $8, to Croatia (inside Europe).
- They charged 60 Euros for the CHEAPEST delivery (DHL Express) purposely hiding affordable options like GLS or DPD, or even normal DHL.
- Due to the shipping price, I was forced to pay almost $40 when it arrived in tax and duty fees (again - NOT because of the price of the product, but due to their ridiculously overpriced delivery cost).
Hence, I ended up paying over $100 for a plastic cover weighing 200gram I could have shipped for $7.99 had I not used their service.
They purposely hide basic delivery vendors, they force "repackaging" in order to increase the price, and give you no options. I will never ever use this again.

My first experience with Forward2me has been amazing. The parcel has been processed extremely fast even with a re-pack service. The package went 11 000 km and has been delivered on 3rd working day! The web app looks nice and it is easy to navigate. There are quite many delivery options to choose. Customer service works and I can only recommend this company.

Used to be good in the past. Now just greedy and cumbersome.
Prices have doubled. Affordable shipping providers like DPD removed from the site. They force "Combine and repack" on random items (I had a tiny 8 grams plastic lid in a perfectly packaged small package, ONE single item, which they forced me to choose "combine and repack" for with zero reason but to get more money out of it and delay my package).
The service is not transparent, greedy (roughly doubling shipment prices, their margin is about 100%), and non reliable.

Do not buy anything with this company. My item arrived broken, I sent them all the information requested and now they won’t respond. It’s been over 6 days and still no response. In addition to that they tried to charge me 200 to ship a small doll. I had to fight about that by going all the way to corporate to face them fix it. They will blurr out all of the cheaper shipping options saying they aren’t available to make you choose the highest shipping possible. Do not use this company! I want my money back asap!

USA WAREHOUSE: Parcel got delivered to them and tracking says it's delivered and they LOST MY PARCEL.. and it is going to take 6 weeks for them to do an "investigation" and I hope I can get my money back.. not to mention I actually wanted this item they lost and it's not something that can just be purchased again.. it was a unique vintage item.. DO NOT USE THIS FORWARDING COMPANY EVER!
