Servizio perfetto ..... la merce appena arrivata a forward2me è stata subito spedita .... mi hanno anche rimborsato il costo di una spedizione accorpando i due articoli in un unica spedizione (senza che abbia dovuto fare nulla, in automatico), che dire massima trasparenza e onesta ....... lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha necessità di acquistare articoli in UK che non si trovano in italia o che si trovano in UK ad un costo inferiore.

I was pleased with the communication and the speed of despatch. I think the shipping charge would preclude me from using the service for smaller, less-expensive items though.

Thanks for providing specific feedback. We are looking into a photo/scanning approach to provide customers with maximum possible detail on goods arriving with us. If we move ahead with this we need to be careful that it doesn't impact our costs in a meaningful way as ultimately it would need to be passed on to the customer.<br/><br/>Totally agree we need to allow the customer to select specific packages to consolidate and then select a shipping method. We have developers working on this and will hopefully be able to deliver something later in 2013.

Good service, but postage rates are very expensive. Efficinet service and fast postage with the option i chose (two options only one expensing, one a tiny bit less) but a lot more than regular postage. Not sure I will use the service again.

I live in New York and was interested in a baby theme only available in the UK. Forward2Me was the perfect solution because in order to make purchases on the UK websites, I needed a UK address. I ordered four separate shipments, that were forwarded to me via this site. Three of the four were very reasonable, in my opinion. One of them was expensive I thought. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback - your comments are important to us.<br/><br/>We are pleased that you are happy with our services but would like to offer some help on your comments on the 4th shipment.<br/><br/>I'm wondering if this was something large but very light, maybe a quilt for the bed...our couriers pricing is defined using the volumetric weight of the parcel i.e. the amount of space that the item takes up on the aeroplane. We have now purchased a vacuum packer for this particular circumstance, for those customers who would like us to use it, which should help to reduce shipping costs.<br/><br/>In this particular instance, if you know you are purchasing a few things, just let us know and we can wait until they all arrive and consolidate for you, shipping them all together.
