Many thanks for providing your feedback and taking the time to respond.<br/><br/>As soon as we received the feedback we investigated this and opened a case file with DHL. Your shipment has been processed correctly at this end but there has been some discrepancy with the actual delivery. Whilst this is the case we still take ownership of this full transaction.<br/><br/>We have now refunded the shipping costs and will come to a resolution by the end of this week on the actual items. When a service is that expensive it should be first class. My experience was not successful. Key complaint - the parcel arrived broken.

Speed of service and communication were brilliant. The use of courier services makes it pricey, hence only an option for expensive items.

I have to make my compliments to "forward2Me" for their service.
They were really very fast.
But I have a complaint, the original package had been opened to insert their card.
So far nothing bad.
The problem is that I had purchased a tablet and was also open the package, removing the seals.
I do not know if it was fate for safety reasons, but definitely find the seals and open the footprints on the Tablet not like it.
Devo fare i miei complimenti a pippo per loro servizio.
Sono stati davvero molto veloci.
Ho però una lamentela da fare , il pacco originale era stato aperto per inserire il loro biglietto da visita.
Fin qui niente di male.
Il problema è che io avevo acquistato un Tablet ed è stata aperta anche la confezione , rimuovendo i sigilli.
Non so se è stato fato per ragioni di sicurezza, ma sicuramente trovare i sigilli aperti e le impronte sul Tablet non fa piacere.

But the item they sent me was tagged with wrong value, this led to a invoice from DHL for the tax into Norway, that actually not was eligible.

The service is excellent with fast delivery. However the shipping fee is far too expensive. The actual cost was well over the product bought. Although I have no problems paying for a fair price for the service, in this case it is far too expensive. After all it was a small packet and very light weight. I would use your services far more if the prices were more reasonable.

The service is very reliable and the shipment very fast but the shipping cost is a bit too high for Cyprus. The insurance cost is also high considering that DHL Express that they actually ship the goods to Cyprus is insuring the shipment for half the cost. I would prefer if they had a slower and cheaper shipping method as an alternative.

To improve delivery in future, signing should only be allowed by person receiving parcel.
