Communication was very good,very efficient service,my only problem is the cost,
I would prefer my packages to be sent via sea,takes longer but saves a lot of expense.

Always very very fast with DHL, and NO customs trouble like when I order from a store overseas, Fedex always holds it up, customs is asking "is it a knit or a weave?" "who is the manufacturer?" "what is the gender?" They do it in New Jersey, and when it arrives in California, they do it again! And then FedEx sends me a bill when I've already paid a fortune for the post!!!!! Thank you, forward2me.

Just wanted to add that it is an excellent, fast service, as I said, but a little expensive for lightweight stuff - over 27 GBP. What are these economy options I'm reading about?

Extremely fast service, but a bit on the expensive side. Can't be used for packages of smaller value, as the shipping cost then by far outweighs the cost of the item.

The package left forward2me half an hour after being delivered to them, and was at my door in Italy the day after. I was extremely satisfied with the service, which made me feel almost like the package was originally shipped to Italy, with no intermediate stage.

I was a little nervous the first time I used forward2me, as I always am with mail forwarding services. However I was desperate enough to get the items I wanted to give this one a try. Turns out they provide very fast and efficient service, and are happy to consolidate parcels for you to save on shipping. I was very impressed by the speed of their responses to emails, and how quickly my items were sent on and arrived here! Of course the shipping is not cheap but it is a very fast service you pay for. I will be use them again if I need to shop from a UK website that doesn't offer international shipping.

Forgot to mention that you should note and include the VAT price so for the customers to consider the extra cost.<br/><br/>Since most, if not all your customers are not professionals and cannot deal with this extra cost.
