In terms of the efficiency and speed of the service, everything worked well and the almost instant notifications from forward2me was impressive.
However the cost of the forwarding was much higher than I had expected, due to the the forwarding being through an express DHL service. I would have liked to have had the option to choose a different delivery method here, as my reason for using the forward2me service wasn't for speed, but rather because I was trying to get clothing goods from the UK where the online retailer did not offer delivery to Ireland.
The service was very good, but the price left me slow to use it again unless absolutely necessary.

I ordered a camera from Ebay.co.uk. Forward2me got my parcel on Friday, sent me an invoice that I paid. They forwarded the parcel to me the very same day and it arrived on Monday to my address in Hungary. Excellent service and very fast! Thank you very much!

My overall experience was simply brilliant.
All of the CS representatives I've been in contact with via email were always very friendly and available, and even more importantly, they resulted up being always efficient both in the outcome and in the communication process, always taking less than a couple of hours to get back to me.
Unless you live in an area classed as remote by DHL, you'll also find their delivery prices fairly reasonable, considering that you're paying for express delivery which goes through DHL rather than the normal mailing system.
I've used several forwarding companies over the last few years, both in the US and Asia, but forwadtome did definitely manage to stand out as one of the best ones of the many I've been in contact with for >10 years.
The only negative note, if I have to list one, is that they are by law obliged to declare the actual value of what you're ordering, so keep in mind that you'll always have to pay customs taxes upon arrival.
This is not their fault though, as international trading laws prohibit underdeclaring shipments , and as a business they would get in serious trouble if they did.
To conclude, if you want to order something from UK only websites, do definitely use forwardtome, as they truly offer an overall great customer experience.

Proactive customer service. I felt that there was a "Team" behind each customer service email. Consolidation of my packages are carefully wrapped with bubble sheet + extra paper to fill out the gaps in the carton to ensure extra security while shipping. I feel I get what I paid for. This is my first time so surely lot of thing haven't been tested and there would be other I don't even know about.
But my experience was really good, all was managed fast and correctly.
I also had a small problem with the delivery "to" forward2me (so nothing to do with them) and they took care of this too,
not much they could do about but a frequent and clear update of the status and they helped keeping my mind relaxed.
I'd surely suggest to use their service if someone will ask about.

it is a very good and usefull service..the item was forwarded instantly once arrived at their facilities and arrived to me within 24 hours.. if they could reduce a little further the cost it would be great!!
