Initial price for dispatching one of the items we wanted to buy was 70 pounds (using the cost calculator at the site). We bought 4 more items. F2M wrapped them for us all together, tight and safe and we received the goodies within 10 days from our purchase date, at the amazing price of 70 pounds for all 5 items! All products were in perfect condition. Thanks again for an excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Outstanding service. Service was delivered as advertised and it was very quick to Australia. I will have no hesitation using this moving forward. Obviously it can be quite daunting trying to organise overseas delivery, however my fears were allaid using Forward2me. Thanks heaps!

The service is quite useful (this is my second time using it) and the customer support team is very nice and helpful. My only negative is unfortunately the price of the service. I know, that the delivery service chosen is quite fast and F2Me has to take a profit, but it's just a bit heavy on the pocket (sometimes is costs almost double of the product being shipped). It bothers me a bit that it's not clear anywhere in the website the range of how much will I pay before I send something to F2Me - I only see that info once I have already sent something and it's always a shock. I wonder if you could offer different delivery methods, so I could actually choose a longer delivery if I want to save more. Cheers!

You opened my god damn mail. That is against the law. I am extremely unhappy about that, Pockit cancelled my card suspiciously at the same time, so I am blaming forward2me for wasting a lot of my time and money. Pathetic. As soon as I can be bothered finding another address, I'm out of there. Technically they have committed a crime, so that speaks for itself.
Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to draw your attention to several things regarding our service:<br/><br/>1) We do not provide a mail forwarding service - we are a parcel/package forwarding service. Nowhere on our site does it say we provide mail forwarding and you will see in our FAQ (#15) we explicitly state we do not forward mail. The reason we don't provide this service is to stop people registering things like driving licenses, companies and financial products at our address as in many cases these end up being used for fraudulent purposes.<br/><br/>2) Also in our FAQ (#31) you will see explicit reference to not forwarding financial products - obviously a credit card would fall into this category.<br/><br/>3) You agreed to our Terms of Trade at the point you signed up to our service. If you read them you will see we clearly state we may open all packages at our discretion. When shipping anything internationally it is a necessity to know what you are shipping - if we are in any doubt, we open it.<br/><br/>4) Regards the legality of the service, of course you're welcome to your opinion. Forward2me has spent many ten's of thousands of pounds on legal advice and operates in a completely transparent manner.<br/><br/>5) As a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your £2 registration fee and closed your account. Great communication service. Had more than one package, which they secured and combined until all packages were ready for shipping. Excellent packaging, all items were well secured. Very fast delivery and feedback on everything. The price for small items however could be cheaper, but due to the quality of service I witnessed, I think I can't complain much.

Excellent service, item shipped the same day it was received at the warehouse. DHL very quick as usual with reasonable pricing, however as others have suggested it would be good to see some 'economy' shipping options as DHL Express can get pricey with larger items.
