There has been a problem with my order, either due to forwardtome or the original sender, ecommerce group Zalando (based in Germany, but with an online store in the UK too).
My order was for a man's green tie, but what arrived was a black leather guess wallet, totally incorrect from what I ordered. I am currently trying to pinpoint the source of this mixup so I can locate the correct item!
The enclosed receipt with my order from Zalando was for the green tie, but the product didn't match. I'm more inclined to think that the mixup occured with forward2me, as Zalando would have likely checked the contents when originally packing the shipment?

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us - it's much appreciated.<br/><br/>When we receive parcels at the distribution centre, one of the checks is the cross referencing of the name and York House number on the parcel and then the parcel is carefully applied to your account. <br/>Once allocated to your account, an invoice for shipping is sent to you, detailing the contents of your parcel. <br/>We have strict processing procedures in place that don't allow the wrong parcel to be allocated to the wrong account.<br/>From the information we have in front of us and the procedures we have in place we can only suggest that the order has may be been picked incorrectly at Zalando.<br/><br/>Please get in touch as we are more than happy to assist with any returns or re-ordering.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director.

I think the service is very fast and efficient, though only worthwhile if you have many items or an expensive item. It's expensive to get a low-priced item delivered.

The whole payment and delivery was very straightforward and very fast. I'm very satisfied with the service. Maybe the packages prices a just a little to high, but besides that, pretty good. I will use it again.

Great. Does exactly what it says on the box, which is all I want. I used the personal shopper service, too. Only potential concern in general is that you don't know for sure how much shipping will be until you come to that bridge. But I'm not sure how you'd solve that issue.

Even after the Nexus 4 went out of stock (on Google), I still decided to wait. Right after Google got the item back in stock, forward2me received it, and the next day was in my hand. I will for sure use this service again, and I recommend it.

The service is really great, but DHL rates more than half the area of the Nordic countries as "remote" which incurs extra costs. An alternative to DHL is badly needed.

I do consider that the service is overpriced,the parcel was delivered to me via the local mail service, australia post.i have had parcels from the uk on many occasions,direct from the supplier heavier than the parcel sent by you for half the cost.

i will be looking for a more cost saving means of shopping in the UK the sad part of this is that my supplier has done a excellent job of getting parts at a reasonable cost,and then been made to be overpriced by the courier.he should look at sending, direct from his address,as happened in the past. further to your e mail, you may us DHL premium, as soon as the goods land in Australia,there is no more tracking service available,the goods are delivered by australia post the regular postal service, with no guaranties, that same parcel,could have come in a jiffy bag from anywhere in australia for around $5.50 au. and seeing that I had already paid freight from my supplier to you.So you were well paid for sending a parcel over a pond,and doing a little customs paper work, by ticking the boxes. In Australia we would call this a rip off and double dipping.
