This was my first time using forward2me. I bought two dollhouses - two packages with 15kg weight (togehter). The parcels were shipped on Thursday afternoon and arrived safely on Monday morning at my doorstep in Germany. The price for this kind of packages and the speed of delivery with tracking e2e was absolutely reasonable (About 35 GBP). I will use this service in the future if I need to ship bigger, heavier items from the UK.

I would like to know whether you provide a cheaper service other than the DHL door to door delivery. I am sure you appreciate that another option in delivery will make a difference when buying goods which weigh quite a lot. I live in Malta and I find online buying a little difficult because of postage and delivery duties.

The service was very quick, I received my shoes in Canada within a week and a half. The cost of shipping plus duties was more than the shoes themselves, but I am pleased to have them and could not have gotten hold of them any other way.

The service was superb.
However, I was taxed quite a lot for the parcel!
I have requested to separate the items into several smaller shipments but was later convinced by forward2me that consolidated parcel is cheaper.
I know you are just trying to help.
But I will make sure the next time I use forward2me service again, you will arrange according to my suggestion.

The service is too expensive. It would have cost as much to had a tiny package shipped to Ireland as the item cost!
Many thanks for taking the time to feedback to us , your comments are really important to us. <br/>We realise that pricing can be a sensitive issue but wanted to try and put this in context for you. <br/>To give you an example, the cost for us to ship say a ladies purse (cost ~ £10)is the same as the cost to ship an Iphone (cost~£500). For most people shipping an Iphone is excellent value for money but in the case of the purse, some customers will decide it's not good value. <br/>Sometimes bulky but light items can give customers the same feeling of the service being expensive but when put in context perhaps isn't. <br/>Again for example the cost of shipping 10 books costing ~£200 could be the same as the cost to ship something light but bulky like cushions, cost~£20. The cushions would take up more room in the aeroplane, although a lot lighter than the books. <br/>In these given situations customers quite often choose to consolidate multiple items into one shipment in order to improve the overall value of shipping. Fundamentally the determination of value is with each customer for each shipment. <br/>As part of the shipping process we open every package to ensure it's legal to ship, generate export paperwork,pay the courier and also pay our team of employees a reasonable salary. <br/>We hope this all helps and you will continue to use forward2me. <br/>Have a great day.<br/> <br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director

Second forward2me experience even more pleasurable than the first due to discount offered after I left feedback mentioning my hope that the service be a tad less expensive. They ordered shoes for me from a website that didn't accept foreign credit cards; it was a seamless process, and the shoes are quite cute. Thanks!

I cannot accept that you would charge 49 pounds for sunglasses 300gms in weight this will be the last time I use you again, it worked cheaper to buy them in Australia Its a disgrace.

In this case the parcels volume was 1.0kg.<br/><br/>According to our records you also opted for the full cover insurance which adds £20 to the invoice. A great easy to deal with service - no problems at all, I will recommend to others! Beware as not all forwarding services are legit, you'll have no problems with forward2me. I would like more options in regards to shipping though. DHL is great, but the cost of shipping can negate the fact of cheaper prices in the UK. I'll be using this service again :-)
