The service is excellent, customer care is great but to be honest shipping costs from the UK together with the import duties we then have to pay have become extremely high making it difficult to shop from the UK which is really sad. This does not reflect in any way on the wonderful customer care service forward2me offers but is simply a reflection on the new reality of purchasing goods from the UK.

Many thanks for your feedback.
I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our system processes and account functionalities through our service.
I have looked back at your correspondence with our customer experience team from May 2022 and I can see that you were having issues with selecting your 5 packages for shipping from your account.
I noticed that 2 of your vinyl packages had been marked as requiring an additional repack service prior to shipping, when they had first arrived to our UK warehouse.
The advised additional repack service was to ensure the goods were safely and sufficiently packed for transit with the courier or if the original packaging from the seller was identified as unsuitable. You would have then been prompted to submit the combine and repack requests for both packages from your account and you would have been asked to select the courier service that you required for the packages to be repacked for and shipped with. I can see that you chose combine and repack to be completed for the Royal Mail Untracked Budget service, for both vinyl packages. Unfortunately only 1 of the 2 vinyl packages was repacked for the untracked budget courier service and it appears the repack service for the second vinyl package was rejected possibly because both packages combined together would go over the maximum shipping limits for the untracked budget service or because the repack agent concluded that the original box was not unsafe or unsuitable for transit.
Please note that the Royal Mail untracked budget courier option is only for shipping 1 single package-not a multi piece- and the single package for untracked budget can only have a weight of 2 kg or less, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a total declared value under £20.
I am confident that because you had selected the combine and repack service for the untracked budget courier service, from your account, this was the reason why you were unable to view any other courier options or shipping prices, other than untracked budget courier service, from your account when you selected all 5 packages for shipping. This was also the reason why there was no shipping price showing for the untracked budget courier service for all 5 selected packages from your account because untracked budget is a single package only service. All of the other courier services and prices, such as DHL, UPS or TNT, were only visible and accessible from your account once our customer experience agent went back into your optimized package and manually removed the selected courier option (untracked budget) from the optimized package which then allowed you to proceed with shipping all 5 packages as a multi piece shipment with a alternative tracked courier service.
We do advise customers to always send their goods through our available tracked courier services to ensure the stated movement and location of their packages through the shipping network at all times.
I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from using our services again in the future and we do hope you will reconsider your current rating.

Horrible once again. Paid 40 bp for next day delivery . Never got the package or any notification. It was returned to them and now they are unable to return it to the seller because they can't scan the QR Code. Just don't use this service. They are incompetent.

One thing I wish You can improve is repackaging service. The time I forwarded my parcels I needed to wait more then 400 parcels to be repacked, so I opted for normal delivery but costs me way too much for less then 150gr packages.

I‘ve contacted Forward2me several times before and now and they are always helpful and kind. They answer every single little question and help to look for my packages although they haven‘t done anything wrong.

Always efficient and excellent service, however, please consider if you repack and combine goods as not to pack e.g. electronic goods without bubble wrap between them/around them, otherwise scuff marks, scratches will be guaranteed, as has happened with my 2 car radios packed together.

Firstly you need to make aware that you cannot export certain items: I bought backpacks and now you tell me these are dual use goods and can be used for military. Very strange !!! My shipment had to be split I I was told you can send to any UK address free of charge, yet I was charged !

Unfortunately our couriers do not permit us to ship dual use or military classified commodities on our account as they could be used for non personal use. For shipping this type of product we would need a different kind of export licence for shipping especially with goods going outside the UK.
I know this is disappointing and please be assured we are listening to you and reading your comments however we need to follow the advice of our couriers and what we are permitted to ship on our account with them. Furthermore, now that the UK has left the customs union, we are now classed as a third country and with the amount of dual use classified items arriving to us for our customers' being considerably low overall we do not yet feel it would be beneficial for us to apply for the additional required export license needed for shipping dual use items.
We apologize for any inconveninece this may cause you and, going forward, we would advise for you to contact our customer experience team to check if any goods would be classified as military or non personal use prior to purchasing to avoid this issue happening again. Further information on our policies and procedures regarding dual use products can be found from the FAQ's section on our website and terms of trade.
