The service was very good. The customer contact center responded quickly to my query and resolved it timely. The repackaging service was also very good.I only wish they could provide the service even for on-line shops outside the UK, otherwise the service is very good. I would recommend it to other people to use the service.

Despite having used the service before with excellent results this time unfortunately the experience was not equally satisfying. The package process was delayed (maybe due to a nail polish, considered inflammable), the package not collected promptly and afterwards arriving at incorrect terminals-cities and being held on every step of the way(obviously the carrier being responsible for the latter and not forward2me). I communicated with forward2me both by phone and mail. Although my initial contact with them needed some improvement on their customer service, all future contact was flawless with high level of commitment (they followed through the delivery every single step of the way until it arrived on its destination and handled all contact with the carrier) as well as high professionalism ( refunded the whole amount for transport fee since the level of service did not correspond to the expected one). I would recommend to others using it in the future, but avoid transporting liquids and caution in having deadlines-choose the 1day transport instead, just to be safe in that case.

Very fast and professional service, 24 hrs had barely elapsed between the time I asked for my packages to be optimised and receiving my tracking number. Customer service and support were fantastic, Package was delayed with DHL and customs, nothing to do with forward2me, yet their staff were constantly updating me on the situation and pushing to get my issue resolved. Could not be happier with this service, already recommended to everyone I know!!!

Forward2me works excellent! I wanted to purchase some clothing from a UK site that didn't ship to Denmark, therefore I wanted to use a mail forwarding company. I was recommended Forward2me by a friend, but I was a bit sceptical, since I haven't used such a service before - but there's absolutely no need to worry! My items arrived in perfect condition and the shipping time was not bad. Forward2me shipped the parcel on July 25th and it was ready for pick-up 2 days after. The only complaint I have is the price, it was a bit expensive (I payed around 270 DKK for a parcel under 2 kg), but I think it's worth it if you want good and quick service from a reliable company.

I ordered items from a UK company. The items arrived at Forward2Me in the morning but where only added to my account after 17.00 hrs UK time resulting in a delay in shipping.
Also the parcel was 6kg and costed over £60,- to ship with DHL express 1 day. This is way overpriced as a sales representative at dhl who assisted me with a tracking enquiry told me I could have shipped it for less then £45,-
Item arrived in good shape and was reasonable packed (including loads of tape on one side of the box where Forward2Me opened the parcel.

I really love this service, it's quick and painless, and I can revisit it after a few months or years without use. I do take issue with the cost, as I think it's unfairly priced. I would appreciate a more economical option that uses the national postal service or similar. The 4 day turnaround is great but if there was a cheaper option I would use it more frequently.
