Hi, Many thanks for providing us with your thoughts regarding the service you have received from forward2me. <br />I see that you are based in Australia and due to recent changes with importing goods into Australia and that we need to be registered with the Australian Tax Office for GST, therefore, we can only ship with a courier who can provide support for this service. <br />At present DHL is the only courier who has been able to help us with shipping to Australia since these changes. We are working with our other couriers to come on board for shipping, however, this is taking a little longer than expected. Hopefully, in the coming months, we will be able to restore a more normal service for shipping to Australia. I'm sorry that shipping has been more expensive than expected and hope you will bear with us until we have the other couriers back on board. <br />If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer service team at info@forward2me.com who will be happy to help you. <br />Best Regards, Nick

hi Nick,I understand the "why" of it, but when I can fly to Hawaii and back for AU$600, paying AU$70 to have 6 magazines posted is beyond ridiculous! It's a shame, the rest of your service is good, the site's easy to use, notifications are good, documents are reviewed and approved promptly.... then all that good stuff evaporates when the postage fee is revealed. Hope you can sort it out.

Tricked into using a single, expensive courier to get my goods to Australia. After contacting, no other solution was given. To their credit, the website no longer displays an estimate for unusable couriers, however that doesn't help me. Very disappointing.

As soon as my package arrived at Forward2me, I received a notification by email. After making the payment for the shipment, the package left their warehouse in the afternoon and I received it two days later at home !

I am pleased to write a review. I do not do it often. Using Forward2me was a new experience. The customer service was beyond expectations. Every time I had a question I received a concise response explaining the answer to my question. I have no idea the size of the company. I felt like I was dealing with a family owned business and I was their most important customer. I have already told 2 friends about them. I would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

Only had choice of one delivery service. The most expensive one!! Product cost me UKP62, delivery cost more than UKP67. I have no problem paying the new 10% import duty to Australia. The expensive delivery cost is the problem.
