All your forwarders are seriously expensive and you hardly ever offer the option of sending by British Mail. More clarity should be available as to when it is possible to send by mail, otherwise we just get stuck with having to use a courier which frankly many times isn't worth it. DHL is good, but it's not cheap.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided by forward2me.
I have looked back on your account and can see that you have been frustrated due to being unable to contact us regarding your package.
The package was initially placed on hold as we felt that it required repacking to ensure that it was safe and secure for international transit. We do add an alert to the package in these situations and wait for the customer to contact us. We would not go ahead with the repack without the customers permission as we need them to agree to the repack charge and sometimes the customer will choose to repack with other items received to their account.
I see the messages we have received from you via whatsapp however the email attachments you have provided appear to have been sent to info@forwardtome.com instead of info@forwad2me.com, therefore we never received them.
I hope this helps explain why you did not receive an initial response from us and that you will reconsider the rating you have provided us and look to use our services again in the future.

I love this reshipper ! Although it is expensive I got my stuff in 3 day after I paid for shipping to the US from the UK . I wouldn’t use It again tho because after combining my packages it was extremely expensive .

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I see that you shipped trainers on this occasion, it is very difficult to reduce the overall size of this type of product to save on shipping seeing as customers tend to like to keep the shoe boxes.
We do however offer multi-piece shipping for this type of product where up to 15 parcels can be shipped under one tracking number. This may have been more cost effective for you on this occasion.

This has been an amazing experience. Vendors that I believed were out of my reach, because I'm across the pond, are now accessible to me. The process is simple and they alert you of your package arrival the same day of delivery. Shipping rates are not jacked up and are the same rates the shipping carriers would provide. I'm beyond impressed and overly grateful for such a great service.

This time, unlike all other times, I had to give 3 stars only, since my last shipment was poorly protected. I only deal with computer cassettes, so they must be well protected to avoid cases crushing. On my last shipment I got over 50 cases broken due to a very poor protection on a too small box.
I'd love to rate you with 5 stars, as I always do, but this time I'll just stick to 3. I'd give 2 stars if it wasn't for the excellent work of Chris at customer support.
I really hope my next shipment (that will happen in a few days) will be better protected inside. If it does, you bet I'll give you 5 stars again!

Shipment took more than expected to be delivered. Delay reason was unclear

I have checked the tracking on your shipment and it appears that the shipment was delayed with customs on import into the USA.
Unfortunately we or DHL don't have any control over customs clearance delays, customs have their own agenda and it is sometimes difficult to determine the reason why they delay parcels. This could be down to staff shortages, further inspections required or additional documentation needed to clear the goods.
Transit times are passed directly from the courier to us so we can provide you with an estimated delivery timescale however these timescales can never be guaranteed and aer dependent on any unavoidable transit and customs delays.
I hope this helps explain the situation a little further, I'm sorry that this situation has prompted you to provide us with a 2* review however I hope this will not prevent you from using our services again in the future.

You always say “Combine and Repack makes no economic sense“ and force us to pay more fees on shipping because you don’t combine all packages together, also it took too long time to response for each request and the reason always is: “our team in Guernsey are already aware of your request, there is a high demand for our service at Guernsey and requests are taking longer than usual. We will update you as soon as possible“, I don’t know when do you have time for helping us???

Our Guernsey address is set up to aid customers who are looking to purchase high value goods where the seller will refund the vat on purchase of the goods or after delivery. For this to be cost effective the saving on the vat needs to compensate slightly higher shipping costs for smaller shipments from Guernsey.
When shipping goods under 5 kg in weight from this facility it is not always cost effective to repack them as the fees for this service may increase the cost of shipping rather than save money overall and I see this is the reason why our team have stated the service is not economical for some of your shipments.
