Bought couple of things in UK that do not offer international shipping and shipped them to forward2me. Couple of packages received and repacked into one and got quoted a shipping price very close to the estimate. Received the parcel in the US within the estimated shipping time. A total rip-off!
They will lure you to use their service for RETURNS HANDLING service. Once they'll have your packages they will not send your package until you pay them any price they demand or respond to their unreasonable demands as if the package is their own now. This is a total scam! If you want your package in safe hands then STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The team at forward2me helped me out in multiple shipments from Germany to the United States. Last shipment I had had complications with DHL when my package came soaked. I had sensitive electronics in there that had been compromised. They worked with me to file a claim with DHL and gave me a settlement.
Great company will definitely use them moving forward for any of my parcel forwarding needs.

I used forward2me to ship products from the UK to Australia. My 4 star rating reflects they delivered what they promised. However, I was forced to pay VAT on the purchase and possibly on the international shipping despite the fact the products were exported from the UK. I exchanged messages with them attempting to get them to assist in obtaining a VAT refund but they said they don't do this. So, my suggestion is forward2me should offer a service to claim VAT refunds.

I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with our service.
I can see you have processed one shipment through our services from our UK warehouse so far.
Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage. Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping.
I have looked back on the communication you received from our Customer Experience agents and I do not feel that the response times or action times of our agents should be classified as unsatisfactory.
I can see that you submitted a combine and repack request to our team for your packages on 6th April at 17:28, the repack request was sent to our UK warehouse team by the Customer Experience agent at 17:30 and the repack request was confirmed as completed for your account less than 24 hours later, the following day, 7th April at 13:28.
The items you were shipping were very small in size and very light in weight and I do feel that it was unnecessary for you to combine and repack your medication items to create one piece as this caused unnecessary additional costs to your overall shipping price by repacking and it did not reduce the original shipping price. DHL will base their shipping prices on either the actual weight of the goods or the volumetric/size of the package (s)-whichever is the greater. I can see that the shipping cost with DHL for your combined package had been based on the size of the package at 1.43 kg rather than the actual combined weight of the goods 0.46 kg. If you had shipped both packages as they were as 2 packages you would have still paid the same DHL shipping price as you did after consolidating the 2 packages as one piece but without incurring the additional repack charges. However repacking your goods into fewer packages or one piece for safety purposes and eliminates the risk of individual boxes going missing but it is not always guaranteed that a combine and repack service will provide cost savings on the original shipping price with the courier.
I hope the information I have provided to you is useful, we hope this issue does not deter you from using our services again in the future and that you will reconsider your current rating.

The service was fast and efficient, no problems were encountered at all.
My favourite brand stopped shipping from the UK to Australia, when they did it would cost £15, forward2me cost £200.
I shopped during a sale so the savings on the purchases went to the shipping cost, which equated to purchasing at full price.

Yes I would recommend them. However your pricing for combine and repack is ridiculous and too high. Previously they would charge £2 for combining everything now it’s charged per pack yet sometimes one supplier can split one order into multiple packages which is beyond our control. It’s very unfair and put me off

First time using forward to me and I must say it was a very pleasant experience, my package was booked in and sent out the very same day. Big thank you to Anna in customer services who was extremely helpful and was able to sort out a small problem I had very quickly. Also thank you to the people in the back ground who handled my package with care, it arrived looking great and all the contents were safely nestled in paper and bubble wrap. I was very disappointed by Forward2me.
When they checked the contents of my parcel, they cut my item with a knife.
Despite their responsibility for this trouble, they did not respond kindly.
They offered a refund of only 10£ for the settlement, but my damage is much higher.
Even though I don't accept this offer, they are unilaterally sending 10£ to my PayPal account to end the problem.
Also, when shipping the parcel, I paid 20£ for an additional warranty to ensure that the parcel arrived more safely.
However, they say that this warranty is for damage in transit and does not apply to damage before shipping.
Obviously, despite their responsibilities, I can never trust them to do this.
At least I think they should refund the additional 20£ I paid.
I can't believe the existence of such a malicious company.
I will never use their service again.

Our Protect + cover does not relate to access damages or damages caused to packages or the contents of packages prior to shipping from our warehouse. Protect + cover only relates to damages and loss for packages within the courier network. The damages that you presented to us from your images showed access damages to the Styrofoam box only and we evaluated that the access damage to the Styrofoam box had not damaged or effected the quality of the toy car inside or its individual value.
I understand that the access damage to the Styrofoam box that contained the toy car was clearly a human error at our side during the booking process, the access damage to your box should have been notified to us earlier by the processor who booked in your package originally so we could have notified you of the damage to the Styrofoam box prior to shipping.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight.
I have sent you an email to discuss this matter with you in more detail and hopefully we will be able to come to a more acceptable resolution.

The service was nice and reliable. When I had questions the response time was pretty short. Shipping my item to Germany could have been cheaper, but I think this is rather due to the Brexit and thus customs fees being charged, something which is not in forward2me's powers to change. So, I can still say my overall experience has been positive.
I'll absolutely be using forward2me as my main forwarding service, especially for perfumes. My compliments and deep thanks!
