I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied but I cannot find a point where our services and the courier shipping service could have been classed as slow throughout your experience when using us.
I have checked the details of your repack service at our EU warehouse and I can see this was submitted by you on 07/04 from your account and completed on 08/04 less than 24 hours later. I can see you did not process your optimized package for shipping until 14/04 and your shipment was booked in and immediately dispatched with FedEx Economy service the following day on 15/04.
I have checked the status of your FedEx shipment from the tracking and I can see this shipment was successfully delivered to your address in United States by FedEx within 5 business days from the date of dispatch from our EU warehouse. The estimated transit times for United States that are stated from the pricing page on our website are currently showing up to 7 business days with the FedEx Economy service from our EU warehouse. Please note that all transit times stated by the couriers from our website are based on delivery between Monday to Friday and not including the weekends, all transit times stated by the couriers should only be seen as an estimate and are all subject to any additional connection or transit delays and local customs clearance with the appointed courier service.
Please also be aware that local customs is a government lead department and any decisions made by local customs for shipments are beyond both our control as the forwarding agent and the courier.

Customer service was great, package was in perfect shape, but my package sat in their warehouse for 3 months before I got tired of waiting and asked them to look for it. They were finally able to find it but I received no discount or anything else, they didn't seem to care that it was a huge inconvenience for me.

Parcel was lost at the warehouse however Cust Care contacted me and replaced the item. CustCare agent handled it well. Website might need some improvements to register changes to packages’s status to be able to select the option of reshipment - it seems at times it stops working and it takes contacting CS to get an override of this option otherwise the transaction cannot be completed unless this is marked. Thank you.

Very bad experience! I ordered a backpack ( 35 £ ) from a store in the uk and paid for it to be sent to forwardtome, also in the uk (20 £). That took 2 days. Then I had to pay 50 £ for it to ship from uk to iceland which is not far away, im in europe and just across the sea. One would think that such a hefty sum would include domestic shipping but oh no I had to pay 35 £ extra upon arrival.
When I order from independant stores like etsy usa or from big companies like amazon.co.uk I usually pay 16-30 £ for shipping to iceland. Amazon does not let you pay domestic shipping instead. Basically I had to pay additional 105 £ for a small 35 £ backpack...
Thats not all. They advertise fast service but I got my package after 27 days!!!! 22 of those days it was stuck in the uk. I haver never in my life had to wait so long, not even regarding packages from china. They can not blame covid or the ukraine war since I ordered other packages from usa and uk at the same time and the usa package took 2 weeks and the uk one took a week, both very standard time.

No choice in courier co. Freight cost not being displayed for reference. I’ve spent double and a half comparing with another forwarding service. Either your co. might done have mark up on the freight as part of your income I don’t know, but.. the fact is no savings. Won’t use again! Won’t recommend to anyone.

Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage. Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping.
We must stress to our customers that the tax free warehouse is only beneficial to customers shipping high value goods and we can only offer shipping with DHL from our warehouse in Guernsey. This information is available to view and clearly stated from our website.
In practice, Guernsey uses UK postcodes and many UK retailer’s deliver to the island on the same terms as mainland UK. Significantly, Guernsey has no VAT or GST. This means if a UK retailer ships to Guernsey they should not be charging VAT. Retailers that ship to Guernsey will drop the VAT from the cost of your goods when you enter a Guernsey delivery address. They are fast but for something that weighed about a pound with packaging and everything total was seventy something almost 80 dollars. The only option was priority but even then the total should have been about 26. I get fees for sending it to you but almost 60 extra dollars? That's crazy! The shipping was way more than the item costed but oh well. They don't give you estimates beforehand or I would have used someone else. I'll change my review if they can make it better with me somehow.

Awesome servive but the package review team should avoid tampering with items that come with a factory seal of quality such as smartphone packs. Breaking smartphone pack seals drastically reduces the value, quality and authenticity of the product. Instead a scanning device should be employed in accessing the contents of factory sealed packages.
