The three items you forwarded on were all bought from Amazon but sourced from different suppliers. They arrived in your depot at different times/dates but were easily identified, repacked together and forwarded on to me.
The whole process took the minimum of time, progress of each stage was monitored by you and i was kept up to date with progress.
Transit to my address and delivery was quick and painless.

First time using this company - and that was in the middle of ordering something online where the Seller indicated on their website that they shipped internationally - only to find at final checkout it didn't! So quickly did a search for freight forwarding companies and this one popped up. Rapidly registered online and obtained my "address" for my order and hey presto! Very simple sign-up process. Package arrived at Forward2Me with no issues and promptly forwarded to it's final destination. Good job! Really pleased! Will definitely use again :-)

I ordered a wide card from the Company. As I saw what are the restricted item list I don’t found the Card issue I in the list .
I ordered the card and arrived to the forwarding facility .
I got a message from the customer support that we can’t process .
I have spent 19$ to order the card and the Wise company sent to the specified adress , they didn’t care about destination adress .

Well here's how this company REALLY works - don't believe all these fake positive reviews from suspiciously similar names, all with the same glowing feedback.
Did I get my item(s)? Yes.
Was it easy? Enough, I guess.
Was it as I'd hoped? Barely.
Was it disingenuous? You bet.
Here's how their bait and switch works. On my UK - Australia ship.
Your items arrive and will be opened. They they are ready to ship! No, no actually they aren't. But they will sit there until you provide documentation for approval. Even when it's IN the box. They will then "verify" this information which will take a couple of days. Then it's ready to ship! No... no actually it isn't. You won't have the choice to ship it until - as they claim - it is ELIGIBLE to be 'repacked'. What does this mean? Well, it basically means they aren't going to ship your item, until you pay them, a COMPULSORY FEE, to repack it. Even though they leave it in the same packaging, you received it in. This isn't an option, as they claim. "To help save money and combine shipments". It is MANDATORY. For every package. A fee they will take, or they won't ship your item. But THEN. It is ready to ship! Oh no no, don't be silly. THEN. They put it into a QUEUE to be "repacked". And as they do it to EVERY package they receive, it will sit in a queue of hundreds. Maybe even thousands of packages. For another few days. But THEN, are we finally ready to ship?
Oh nope, nope. They will give you a freight quote range, ranging from reasonable to absurd. Whilst limiting what options and carriers you can choose. Then of course, this isn't an option range, at all. Once you select, the ONLY shipping method they will offer, it will automatically GIVE YOU the MOST EXPENSIVE absurd pricing quote that there is.
OK. But surely. Now. We're ready to ship?
HAH! Don't be silly. You then receive an INVOICE. For the shipping. To pay, with their fees on TOP, before it will ship. And once you PAY IT. It will take another few days of processing, before it actually ships.
And even then, for the absurd price you are paying for shipping, they will not offer nor honour, what the service actually is. IE: DHL Express International is 3 - 5 days carrier service. They will charge MORE than the DHL Express International rate, but knock it back to 7 - 10 days. Which is not what the carrier service is priced for. And of course, it'll be another few days, before DHL actually pick it up from F2M. And put it into their system.
So, all told, after a good few weeks of waiting from purchase to delivery. I did FINALLY get my item from DHL - which was delivered on a Sunday, kindly, following my delivery instructions. However. My 60GBP item, an artwork, cost 232GBP to ship. And didn't leave F2M for 5 days. I was happy to eat the cost just to get the item. But to call them transparent, good, and cost effective or even competitive would be ridiculous. If you had something that was even slightly heavy (this was only 3 kg) or large, you could be paying insane fees to ship it, or they simply will hold it hostage. O K as a one-off, would not use again.

And even then, for the absurd price you are paying for shipping, they will not offer nor honour, what the service actually is. IE: DHL Express International is 3 - 5 days carrier service. They will charge MORE than the DHL Express International rate, but knock it back to 7 - 10 days. Which is not what the carrier service is priced for. And of course, it'll be another few days, before DHL actually pick it up from F2M. And put it into their system.
So, all told, after a good few weeks of waiting from purchase to delivery. I did FINALLY get my item from DHL - which was delivered on a Sunday, kindly, following my delivery instructions. However. My 60GBP item, an artwork, cost 232GBP to ship. And didn't leave F2M for 5 days. I was happy to eat the cost just to get the item. But to call them transparent, good, and cost effective or even competitive would be ridiculous. If you had something that was even slightly heavy (this was only 3 kg) or large, you could be paying insane fees to ship it, or they simply will hold it hostage. O K as a one-off, would not use again.

In response to Forward2me. While I was offered repackaging, their website warned there would be a delay because there was a significant amount of parcels ahead of me. It did not advise how long the delay would be. Once you select a method you cannot go back. I initially chose the repack, but seeing no movement, I eventually chose a significantly more expensive option because the cheaper one had disappeared. I was told the cheaper one had to meet volumetric requirements. I tried to go back and get the repack, but then the economy option disappeared. Before signing up, you can use their shipping calculator which gave me the idea it would be about L40. I think I paid L94.63 in reality. In comparison around the same time, I ordered several books from Latvia (it is farther away from Canada than the UK) that would have weighed similar and been the approximate dimensions of my Forward2me package and paid E23.19 (L19.98) for Express Delivery. After going back and forth several times and not being able to access options that I was referred back to on their website, I finally gave up. Unless you really need it and are willing to pay a significant markup, I would consider other options first.

We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.

I have been looking at your recent UPS shipment through our service and I can see that you had refused the advised combine and repack service for your package prior to shipping and requested us to cancel this. I have verified that the reason why you would have paid a higher price for shipping is because the chargeable weight for the courier shipping prices offered to you would have been been based on the volumetric weight/size of the package at 9.90 kg rather than the actual weight of the goods inside 1.57 kg. If a repack service had been submitted from your account for your package, there may have been a sufficient amount of excess space to save if we were able to safely reduce down the current size of the package and in turn this could have helped lower the final courier shipping prices that were available to you. Furthermore you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price as you were only shipping one package.
I understand that you wanted to ship with our untracked budget service, however, this service is for a shipment that contains 1 package with a weight of less than 2kg, overall dimensions of less than 90cm and a value under £20. Due to the total dimensions of your package being 113 cm this courier service option would not have been available to you for your package. We try to advise customers to always use fully tracked courier services because the untracked budget service doesn't offer any compensation or support for lost or damaged parcels and there is no tracking available. Once the package has been dispatched with the untracked budget service we are not able to advise on when or if the parcel will be delivered. If customers' choose to use this service it is at their own risk.

There was a little delay organizing documents for customs, but overall I could not be more pleased with the service provided forwarding this large and difficult item. I mean these folks got a transmission all the way across an ocean to my door in a week. Pro packing on a pallet, secured with multiple straps and thoroughly shrink wrapped. It was not inexpensive, but it is here and in mint condition. Hats off to Aimee, Cameron, and the rest of the Forward2Me team. When the item is big and really matters this team does not disappoint.

I had to order a bulky car part from a UK retailer that don’t ship to the US. Used this service to have some address to ship within the UK. Pretty skeptical at first , but I was pretty impressed overall! Customer service was quick to respond. Prices are reasonable but not cheap. They were able to ship the item within the US in three days! Would definitely use this service again if I happen to order to another UK only retailer.

This is a super useful service for someone is SA where postage does not work as a service.
The delivery was seamless but could have included more updates. When you live in a country full of thieves you would like assurance by your suppliers.
I selected DHL for delivery and they and the forward2me handover were super!

I just love Forward2me! Whenever you want to order in the UK choose Forward2me. They give you an address in the UK and send it forward to you. It‘s so easy to handle. I am grateful to have found this service. It allows me to buy things in the UK that aren't available to me in the US. It's still expensive. I've done it several times now, always buying from 5 to 8 items at a time. it ends up costing anywhere from $12 to $16 per item. Once I tell them to send it, I receive it quite quickly. I wish it was easier to call them & ask questions. If there's a way to do that, I haven't figured it out yet.

Service is convenient and an amazing idea. However, shipping was EXTREMELY expensive (even for the cheapest option) and it took the item forever to arrive.

Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage. Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping with the couriers.
We also understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.

I have looked into your recent FedEx Connect shipment and we are confident you had been offered the most cost effective courier service option for your package at the time of shipping. I can see that you did not opt to request a repack service for your vinyl's prior to shipping but there would have been little volume or excess space that could have been saved on the original package and a combine and repack service would have not altered the original shipping prices offered to you based on the chargeable weight of your package. The FedEx Connect service is the lower priced service with FedEx and this service states estimated transit times of up to 4 business days. Please be aware that transit times stated by the couriers should only be seen as an estimate and the transit times stated only commence from the date of dispatch not from the date of payment. From the original FedEx tracking for your shipment, this was collected from our UK warehouse on Wednesday 31st May, please also note that business days do not include the weekends (Saturday and Sunday), your shipment had arrived in the USA by Friday 3rd June and was successfully delivered to your address by Monday 6th June in the afternoon. We feel the delivery service for your package with the FedEx Connect service was really fast and no unnecessary long delays incurred for your shipment through the network.

Ordered a Mathmos lava lamp and use the Forward2me service to ship to my Country, since Mathmos is not shipping there currently. From the order to Mathmos to my door took about week and was a lot cheaper than I expected. The process was easy, fast and secure and now I am enjoying my awesome new lavalamp thanks to all involved.
