I dont understand why the service was this much expensive. Besides, there was a duty for just 4 pair of shoes?
Hi Lei,Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price of shipping and the amount paid in import duties.The price of shipping is based on the amount of space a shipment takes up in transit, this is called the volumetric weight. The price of shipping would only be calculated on the actual weight of the goods if the actual weight is higher than the volumetric weight.I see that you are shipping footwear, these type of items are quite bulky therefore it is common that the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight and therefore the cost of shipping is charged on the volumetric weight.With regards to the cost of import duty, unfortunately we have no control of the charges incurred for importing goods to another country, these fees are levied by local customs and charged according to local laws.I hope this helps explain the costs a little further for you however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and they will be happy to answer any of your questions.Kind Regards,Tracy.

Excellent. They forwarded my package to me within several hours after they received it.
However they charged me 1-2 pounds extra than the estimation price made on their site, so it is room for improvement on the price estimation section.
Overall, I'll definitily recomment it.

Bad experience overall ?!
Awful packing to the point of negligence. It's better to keep the private ebay sellers packing than order from them for "aided safety". The only thing they care is how to find a reason to charge you for anything.
In the photo you can see a light which was stripped from all it's wrapping placed naked in the box. Please mention size in EU isn't an issue so they wouldn't have to remove original packing to reduce volumetric weight.
Never gonna use them again, thankfully other professionals in this area exist which cost less money.

As usual the high shipping cost that makes me give 2-star. I would have given 1 star or zero if not because of the customer service. I still believe this company can ship at a much lower price. My previous parcel forwarding company can ship items at around half this company shipping cost and with the extras (parcel consolidation, photos, repackage) at no cost.
