Easy to use but limited options on the courier selection. In fact mine there was only the choice of DHL and it was priced well over the original estimated rate. This was for UK to Vancouver Canada

No mention of the invoice requirement..this became problematic

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied in relation to the GST invoice process through our services.
The New Zealand government introduced GST laws which were effective from 1st December 2019. A Goods and Service Tax (GST) is applied to all sales of Low Value Goods (LVG) imported into New Zealand.
Therefore we are obliged to collect 15% GST on both items with a value of $1000 NZD or less and the shipping service provided.
If you have a registered Business Account number which is registered for GST, this number can be registered on your account, once approved we will not need to charge GST on any of your shipments, the transactions will need to be declared on your usual return to the New Zealand Tax Office.
Please note, further information relating to GST for Australia and New Zealand is available for our customers to view from the FAQs page on our website
I hope this helps explain this charge further however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

It very disconcerting when the item arrived damaged but the buyer was never informed or shown pictures of the damage - instead wanted to charge to send pictures of the item that was clearly damaged when it arrived at warehouse. Everyone is washing their hands of their responsibility to do the right thing.

Would definitely use them again but was more expensive than I anticipated for a tiny , low value package. Might reserve using the service for higher value items so the relative cost of postage isn’t as much.
