I was super weary at first stumbling across the site. Shipping was quick to the facility products were optimized to save on shipping I thought seeing a high que number would mean long delays but to my suprise my items were shipped out in under two days! Made it from the uk to Texas in under four days! Will definitely continue to use the service and am ecstatic to now have the ability to source items only sold in the UK.

I’ve used this company in the UK, Germany and most recently Japan. <——that one was a big money saver compared to the company I used before. Too many fees w the last company. Not so with Forward2Me, very fair prices.

So far i have had a great experience shipping with Forward2Me, my only complaint is that the shipping costs do tend to be quite expensive AND there is no option to ship with Royal Mail which would probably be quite a lot cheaper so I wish they would add this in as an option but otherwise no issues with the services

Customer service is good, the prices for shipping are absurd in my belief. 40 euro's for a small package and then also they do not warn you about the extra customs fees. That would've been nice.

I am sorry to hear that you have discrepancies with the shipping price paid and the additional customs charges for your shipment.
I can see you did choose to send your package with the DHL Express air service and sending goods by air will always be a higher service cost than sending your goods by road.
Our shipping rates are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage. Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping.
All shipments are dispatched through our services as 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' with all the couriers. We don't allow the additional local duties and taxes to be paid in advance, within the shipping costs, through our company, because we do not yet have the approved accreditation to carry out the customs clearance, through our services, to calculate the duties for the goods in advance. It is the courier agencies, such as Fed Ex, DHL and UPS, who use their own customs clearance departments to calculate the import taxes and duties owing for our customers shipments from our UK warehouse and any additional import duties and taxes owing for a shipment to the destination country would be charged as a separate fee by the relevant courier service prior to delivery.
This information is also available from section 8 of our terms of trade from the main website.
Unfortunately, local import duties and VAT calculated by your local customs department and the couriers is beyond our control and any discrepancies in the total costs cannot be reimbursed by us through our service. We are required to show the total shipping costs paid on the commercial invoice. All courier services that we use clear shipments through their own customs clearance departments, the clearance team need to be able to access the original shipping price paid to calculate the taxes against and to ensure the couriers do not use default shipping costs. However it is possible to remove the courier shipping costs from the commercial invoices by request from our customers, and this option can also be amended yourself directly from your account by going to your 'Profile' section and 'Addresses'. When you click into your 'Shipping Addresses' there is a check box option at the bottom "Include shipping price on commercial invoice".
However, removing this option may mean the couriers will use a default shipping price to calculate the duties and taxes owing which usually calculates higher in value than the actual shipping costs paid. Please be aware that as of 1st July 2021 the import VAT free buffer for shipments into the EU with a total declared value of £15.00/€22 or less no longer applies and all imports are now subject to EU VAT. Local duties and taxes are calculated from the commercial declared value of the goods in the shipment and also on the freight costs.
If your discrepancy is in relation to the total calculation of the import duties and taxes by for your shipment this would need to be resolved from destination with the courier.
We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused you but we do hope this issue will not deter you from using our services again in the future.

Good service from you, but a poor overall experience with the seller of the items I bought. I got the wrong item, and ended up not getting it, as it was out of stock, and still I had all the hassle and expenses from getting purchases from the UK. I really do not think I can use this setup moving forward, when I risk going through what I just did, but it is not your service that is the issue.

I made an account and immediately followed instructions that ensured a trustworthy / reliable location for all items getting shipped from outside the country to all be shipped right to my door steps. The service was quick, however the delivery cost was quite high. Is the price only for the item sent or is it up to a certain amount grams/kilos? I wonder if I bought some other items at the same time would the delivery cost have been the same, as its up to a certain weight. The company is not transparent on this for obvious reasons (they have to make money somewhere)
