Do not buy anything with this company. My item arrived broken, I sent them all the information requested and now they won’t respond. It’s been over 6 days and still no response. In addition to that they tried to charge me 200 to ship a small doll. I had to fight about that by going all the way to corporate to face them fix it. They will blurr out all of the cheaper shipping options saying they aren’t available to make you choose the highest shipping possible. Do not use this company! I want my money back asap!

USA WAREHOUSE: Parcel got delivered to them and tracking says it's delivered and they LOST MY PARCEL.. and it is going to take 6 weeks for them to do an "investigation" and I hope I can get my money back.. not to mention I actually wanted this item they lost and it's not something that can just be purchased again.. it was a unique vintage item.. DO NOT USE THIS FORWARDING COMPANY EVER!

I had a problem with the parcel dimensions. I bought a small product (trousers) and the vendor sent it in a pretty large plastic bag. Forward2mе took into consideration the full dimensions of the plastic bag and this caused me not to benefit of the cheapest service anymore. So instead of 10 GBP I was supposed to pay the next available service, which was 24 GBP. In the end they offered to repack for me so I could get the better price, but this costed me extra 3 GBP. I am happy it was solved finally. I am not sure if this problem could have been solved in the first place, without me having to pay extra money, but it is what it is. After this incident I will be thinking two times before working with them again, though. Anyway, Nica from customers service was very nice, answered my inquires in short time and was very helpful.

Sadly, and coincidentally, the first time I don't pay for the extra insurance, Forward2me threw a bunch of metal, Collectible items stacked directly on top of each other, with nothing to protect the items. And I even paid more to have the items "packaged for safety" rather than "savings". Nearly everything is scratched.

Forward2Me is a helpful service overall, but their support team is too small to handle high volumes efficiently. In my case, a minor issue took 7–8 days to be resolved — way too long for something simple.
It eventually got sorted out, but it shows they need more hands-on staff and better local management, especially in the U.S. warehouse. With a stronger team, they could be one of the best.

We have been using this company's services for about 10 months. At first, everything was great, the packages were shipped quickly and with the best option and lowest cost.
Until 20th and 22th Nov 2024, They sent us five packages, totaling about 270lbs weight and worth over $20,000. The packages were initially sent, but for an unknown reason, they were returned to the US by the customs of the destination country. Since then, the company has not given us any answers as to why the packages were returned, where they are now, and we have no information about the fate of the packages. Even after that, all our arrived goods were kept in the US warehouse, completely without reason. The total value of the shipment and goods is over $50,000.
After a few months they don't give us any proper answers and just tell us to wait. I think it's some kind of new and professional scam.
This negative feedback will remain until you ship our items and I will share it with other customers in various ways.

Imported a package from Germany to Belgium. Excellent, fast service with same day pictures of the package and they have very fair shipping rates. Great way to save money when a seller doesnt ship to your country. The only thing you need to be aware of is follow the adress instructions to the letter ! Some countries have stricter policies than others. This is the 3rd time using forward2me (USA and UK) and would highly recommend.

I've been a client of a few moths - after that a _high_ value item was _stolen_ while repackaging : the value over 3,000$ -- so please stay away if you have something valuable in your parcels -- theft is a common thing here, support is helpless and only feeding with words

The team contacted me and waived the storage fee and shipping costs, as of now I have updated the review because they solved the issue.

Lately with a perfume they added a dangerous good label, meanwhile the price was very high ($170 of shipment) they later removed such label and charged the storage fees.
In the end, you are forced to disposal as the extra costs will make your product unworthy.
I have tried the support center but they are not interested to solve, as they originated the extra fees issue already.
It seems a mechanism to increase costs and let you give up on your items.
Not advised.

I was able to get a rare motherboard from an independent seller that was somewhat reluctant to ship over seas. Forward2me seems to require repackaging things they ship, sure enough they secured and padded the board very well. The process of registering and using the forwarding address was surprisingly very straight forward; everything required very little work on my end. Despite the service having a rather premium price in the end I was not disappointed. Thank you Forward2me team! Veldig bra!

Item was missing from my shipment. The seller assured me it was included in its shipment to Forward2me and I believe them based on the item and the seller. The item was probably lost or stolen at the Forward2me facility but I was told they don't have it. I'm out for the cost of the item without any recourse. Poor experience.

They force "Combine and repack" on random items (I had a tiny 8 grams plastic lid in a perfectly packaged small package, ONE single item, which they forced me to choose "combine and repack" for with zero reason but to get more money out of it and delay my package).
The service is not transparent, greedy (roughly doubling shipment prices, their margin is about 100%), and non reliable.
