Generally very happy. I haven't had any issues except for when I tried to send something through the German warehouse. I didn't realize that you need to provide them your passport to work through the Germany warehouse. In that case, Jamie from support was awesome in helping resolve my issue and helped me return the package that I was having trouble with. Thanks!

After doing so much research on different forwarding companies I came across Forward2Me, due to the complexity of my order and value I required a more personalized experience with the shipping provider. Luckily for me I had Honey assigned to me from the USA warehouse. From start to finish Honey kept me informed, made sure my items were all as described and made everything very simple. Tipical crime fraudent company! Beware!
Ordered 3 pads 400 eu each, 2 pads 100 each , one 200. And a phone. They hold all . Then sent me a message that i am a frauder blocked account and as i understand just stolen all my packages!

Their system will mess up occasionally and only combine/ repack one item instead of others you selected. If you try and get help they will NOT help you. They’ll respond after it’s already been packed and be like oopsies looks like you’ll have to pay for both packages, still charge you storage fees and recommend you repack the other package as well. I’m about to have to pay over $100 for two shirts
I thought my package had 200 others in front of it— no it had over 400 packages and almost a week went by and they could NOT communicate with their warehouse team to fix their system error until AFTER it was done?? That’s so ridiculous. My customer service agent didn’t read my emails because his replies were not at all close to what I was asking him. The agent named Miaco then tried to cite a policy with me that again did not apply to what I was asking him, as if it’s my fault for not understanding when it’s again F2M’s system that messed up. Then Aimee instead told me how i’d actually need to spend more with them because my package could be repacked better. Two agents jumped on my email and neither of them bothered to just answer my questions directly and instead were extremely uncaring.

I have used multiple package forwarding services across Europe, and Forward2Me is by far the worst experience I’ve had.
They suddenly closed my account, calling it “fraudulent behavior” without providing a single specific reason or proof. I had legally purchased products already delivered to their warehouse.
After that:
• They refused to communicate properly (no replies for days),
• They combined my parcels and forced only the most expensive €152 DHL Express shipping with no alternatives,
• Even though my items were only 3 bottles of perfume (210 ml total) – well within DHL’s “Limited Quantity” dangerous goods rules,
• They refused to separate the items or offer DHL Economy, even though it’s a valid and cheaper option with DHL.
Now they are threatening to charge storage fees or dispose of my belongings, while refusing to enable a normal delivery method.
This is not a professional company — it’s a system designed to trap and extort customers. Their customer service is silent or robotic, and once you’re no longer a “paying customer,” they treat you like trash.
🚫 I strongly recommend avoiding Forward2Me. Use any other service — even the slowest one — but not this.
They have no transparency, no ethics, and no customer support. If something goes wrong, they’ll milk you or dump your stuff.

Je suis complètement déçue de ce transporteur fuyez quand il s’agit de demander des avis positifs ils sont réactifs tout de suite en revanche quand on leur demande une chose car non seulement c’est eux qui commettre l’erreur par leur manque de professionnalisme !!
Vous êtes contents je perds un colis médical fragile qui a une durée de chaîne de froid !! Je les paye pour des frais d’envois qui plus est après c’est normal et par votre incompétence, après vous avoir envoyé une vingtaine d’e-mails et vous mettre en VU sur WhatsApp dans le plus grand des calmes !!! Je cours partout pour leur négligence et incompétence !! je peux rien faire!! Même DHL de EAST MIDLAND m’ont dit que c’était à Vous de les contacter et surtout pas à moi de le faire !! C’est eux qui ont commis l’erreur et ils attendent !! Je vous ai fournit les coordonnées téléphoniques de DHL le comble !!

Stay away from this company. This is a scam. They are closing me out of my account with no reason. After passports, banking documents, invoices submitted they still playing games. The Preston police department has been notified, and a report was made. Scammers! Stay away!

What a simple and safe way to order something from Europe (from the USA). I was nervous but I got updates when my package arrived in Germany, and used the website to then choose my preferred method to ship to the US. Within 2 weeks from placing my order with the supplier, I had my package. Would recommend!

My dietary supplement arrived opened. The safety seal was removed and the power spilled out inside the repacked package.
Nothing indicates that was done by customs, no customs seal present, nothing - it must have been done by Forward2me.
It cost me $200 and now I can’t use it because it’s contaminaned.
Don’t recommend this service.

I was have issue of my items then I contact customer service by email but no answer I sent more than 5 emails then I got answered after 8 days hahaha. Worst customer service and very expensive shipping fees.
Overall I am not advice anyone to shipping with them.

It's been over a week the goods have been held. I ordered some water sprinklers for forwarding. They had some small batteries in so listed as dangerous goods for forwarding, so it says to contact them. I've been messaging every day for over a week, and not getting a response. Someone in the UK is even chasing the US teams and getting no response. Meanwhile the days they hold it for count down and at risk of loosing the kit ! I'm posting this in the hope of getting a response from someone after trying email , forms, phones calls, support ticket system all to no luck !

Absolutely terrible, the process to get your packages through is already convoluted at best.
But on the last shipment they, without my request or permission, opened my package, damaged the goods in the process, then acted like this had happened during shipping, even though their own photos proved otherwise.
After that they held my package hostage for more than a week, not coming up with any satisfying solution and in the end even making me pay for repackaging the package they opened.
I have been using multiple forwarding companies, this one is an outlier.
EDIT: after leaving this review, Forward2me contacted me and eventually reimbursed all costs I made with them for this package, which I think is an acceptable solution to the situation. Given my experiences with them, I still would not want to expose another package to them and rather not buy from the UK instead if forwarding is my only option. I think it is at least fair to update this review to reflect that they eventually did respond to try to resolve this in a amicable manner.

Very disappointed. They ruined the gift packaging of my order and messed up the ribbon, it arrived all destroyed. I have never asked to open my package or to repack. I do not advise this service, you are risking to receive your items not in the condition it was purchased....
