I was skeptical, esp since the reviews on the service are kinda old. YouTube videos weren't current. But I took a chance to use them to order from ASOS UK since the company is originally from there, they have better stock. Shipped it to the USA with no problem & quite promptly. I will definitely be using them again.

The service itself was very fast and efficient but I'm afraid I won't be able to use it again. The reason being the ridiculous post-Brexit regulations and charges imposed on goods from the UK. I bought 2 pairs of jeans from M&S for about £40 and was prepared to accept your headline repackaging and forwarding charge of what I expected to be about £15. However, your charges were over £30 and I was then faced with another €35 of import duties and French VAT before they could be delivered to me. So, my £40 jeans cost me about £100 in the end. Never again!

My product was delivered in a very timely manner however the cost to send just a single jumper to Australia ended up totaling $130.56AUD / $73.03GBP
I would enjoy seeing possibly multiple shipping methods/companies to be able to reduce cost at expense of delivery time or just lower shipping rates.

Although I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the timely service you received, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the costs involved with shipping.
Shipping costs are actually calculated on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit, this is the volumetric weight. All couriers calculate costs in this way for international air transportation.
The price paid for shipping does also include the service provided by forward2me, this includes the use of the address, the receipt, processing, storing and all export paperwork required for shipping.
Often when retailers ship within the UK they pack goods in much larger boxes than are necessary for the safe transit of the goods, for this reason we offer a combine and repack service. This service offers a repack of the original shipping box to help save on space and therefore a possibility of reducing the shipping costs so the customer obtains the maximum value for shipping.
I see that our agent did recommend this service to help save on shipping costs for you however this offer was not taken up.
The combine and repack service can also be used when a customer purchases multiple orders to their forward2me address, once everything arrives a repack request can be submitted from the account to request all the goods are repacked together.
I hope you will consider using our services again going forward and the combine and repack service may make shipping more cost effective for you.

My shipments have been forwarded in a timely manner and I have not had any problems despite the Covid restrictions. The only feature I would like to see included is more detail of what is in the package received, possibly an option to get a photo, as I order many items it is sometimes difficult to remember what is in the package.

In my last order they didn't sent the package when it was ordered.
With that delay we had to pay a 30% plus taxes due to Brexit.
Then the package took over 2 (TWO) months to arrive from UK to Spain by UPS with little or no help from the customer service when we asked for it.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service forward2me have offered, I see the main issue was that you wanted to ship your goods from the UK to the EU before the end of the transition period for Brexit.
Unfortunately in preparation of this period our couriers suspended road services a few days before the start of Brexit on 1st January so we had no way of offering this type of service until they were enabled again by the courier on the 4th January 2021.
At the beginning of Brexit all courier transporting goods to the EU from the UK have incurred difficulties and delays with the clear of goods both on the UK and EU side however we are now finding that the situation is settling down and should become smoother in the coming months. I do apologise that these delays impacted on your delivery however this again was out of our control.
For the issue with import duty and taxes, if the importer cannot prove that the goods qualify as preferential goods as per the rules set out in the UK/EU trade agreement, duty and taxes may be payable.
We are opening a dedicated warehouse in Germany shortly for all our customers based within the EU, this will enable our customers to purchase goods in other EU countries and still take advantage of shipping within the EU Customs Union.
I do hope that you will continue to use our services going forward, maybe via the Germany warehouse if costs for import are too high for shipping from the UK.

The shipping fee is too expensive and there is not much shipping choice to choose when you it's sent to a tax free zone and it wasn't clearly stated that dhl express is the only choice. In the end I spent more. It's like buying 2 trainers and I spent even more than the resell price, like twice the resell price and the return label given kept rejected when I want to return it to jd sports. I paid 2 or 3£ for the prepaid label and you mention that's not a proper return label and you don't accept qrcode for the return drop given by jd sports. It's really a bad experience for me. I feel like an idiot

We currently work with a partner in Germany with limited shipping options however we are currently in the process of opening up our own facility in Germany to receive parcels which will be more cost effective for our EU customers and offer more economical services for shipping.
I hope you will try out this facility once it is up and running and hopefully you will find the service more economical for you.

It was, in the end, a bit expensive, but this was the only way I was going to be able to get this product, which I am pleased with and works well. I will use this forward2me in the future for some other purchases that are just not available to ship to the US.

What did repacking mean? It meant ripping (literally) open the big expensive subwoofer box, and cramming in some air-bag packaging all around it. It didn't need this, as it had form fitting foam packaging on both ends of the device securely holding it in its double walled cardboard packaging. The packaging was pressing up against the cone of the speaker, causing damage, and due to the box being ripped its structural integrity was now comprised.
Worse still was the Centre speaker -- Forward2Me's staff REMOVED one of the form fitting foam ends from the box, and stuffed in some bubble wrap instead. Not even enough bubble wrap for the speaker to be held securely within its own original packaging. Both speakers would've been infinitely more safe shipped as they were.
If having my items packaging mutilated and mistreated wasn't enough, some of the packing materials they used included other customs full personal details. Their warehouse grunts had been re-using other packaging, without ensuring sensitive information wasn't included. Some of this even included packing slips with other customers Item Details, and even phone numbers. Unbelievable.
The icing on the cake was that on the commercial invoice, Forward2Me neglected to include the amount I paid in shipping on the invoice, and only put down the cost of the devices. As a result, DHL charged me customs on the shipping at their Table rate (of 279 Euros instead of the £58.67 I paid). This meant I had to paid £50 or so EXTRA in customs than I was actually due (111 Euros Total), and the only way to get it back is to submit an application to the relevant local governments' customs/duties/tax department. Forward2Me's attitude was that DHL should've looked it up themselves -- they did, on their table rate. The person handling the customs brokering on entry to the country isn't going to go look up Forward2Me's account and see exactly what they paid. Such a poor excuse, when it would've been 0 work for F2Me to automate this onto the commercial invoice as part of their system.
You'd think that with all the photos and evidence shown to Forward2Me, I might've gotten some compensation for either the customs costs, or the the risk to damage their "repacking" place my products at? I got a £4 refund for the "repacking" surcharge. That's it.
Save yourself the grief, and look elsewhere.
