First and last time using their services, they wouldnt forward non prescription medication saying that DHL wouldnt allow it. I have now used a different forward company and no issues with DHL. Also, they take really long to answer whatsapp messages. NEVER AGAIN.

Although your package contained non prescription medication we have to adhere to the country specific import restrictions and regulations that are provided to us by the couriers as per local customs authorities.
Unfortunately this can sometimes mean that for certain countries we, as a forwarding agency, are not authorized to ship prescription or non prescription medication of any kind internationally with the couriers.
Also if you refer to our prohibited items page on our website you will also see that medication (17.3.16 Drugs-including all over-the-counter, prescription and legal drugs as well as illegal drugs / narcotics) are stated as an item that can be prohibited for us to ship. I have checked back on all of the correspondence that we received from you and I cannot see that you had contacted us about your intension to purchase medication or to inquire whether it was possible for us to assist you with shipping the non prescription medication prior to you purchasing the order from the online pharmacy. If you had inquired with us prior to purchase we would have been able to inform you about the relevant country specific import restrictions for your medication.
As a forwarding company we understand that it is difficult to access certain medications for some of customers internationally or it is just not internet accessible like in UK.
I feel that you were provided with a high level of support and responses from our agents via our Whatsapp channel within a 24 hour period and we feel that we tried our best to assist you and find alternative solutions for the shipping issues relating to your medication.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are pleased to hear that you have managed to get your medication shipped.

Great service. Web site is easy to navigate and gives you all the information you need. Communication is verbose and frequent, letting you know the status of your package(s). They packaged up my items into a single box and sent it to me faster than my expectations.

The process was fairly seamless - receiving package from sender, receiving notification of acceptance, being given shipping options and, once selected, informing me of dispatch.
Using the forward2me service saved me approximately 40% versus what was quoted by my vendor.
The one hitch? The tracking number link provided by forward2me did not sync with the couriers' system. As a result, I was constantly toggling between the two systems in order to receive a delivery update. Unfortunately, I never received an online update as, for some reason, the courier system also did not recognize the tracking number provided.
I can report that my item arrived. From originating point, via intermediary warehouse, to arrival at my address, dispatch took approximately 12 days.

There should be ab option to change the size and packaging to reduce costs (envelopes, plastic mailer, flat box, etc.)
Shipping tends to cost the same if not more than the item purchased. So not really affordable.

When I heard of this service I got so excited and I decided to take a chance and use it. Well it’s been one negative thing after the other. I ordered a bundle that included (a vinyl, cd, and cassette.) When my package got here, I quickly opened it because it looked too small to contain a vinyl and to my surprise they sent another customers order. I quickly messaged them because I’m sure the other person would want the items they purchased. Customer service message me and asked if I could go out of my way and ship the items to the correct person. They said they would refund me for that (which they haven’t.) They claimed they located my package and said as soon as I shipped out the package they sent me they would tell the other person to ship my package as well. Then after I sent out the package they changed their words and said once they received the package I mailed out they would send out my package and today I get an email from customer service calming that the package I mailed out arrived damaged.
So at this point I’ve lost money twice on shipment and lost the money on the items they misplaced (which *****.)

It worked and I got my shipment but it took a long time and it wasn’t as smooth as shipping to my U.K. forward to me address. Because I sent it through Germany to China I had to validate my address in China which I didn’t have to do when I shipped through the U.K. address. The validation required a copy of my passport and utility bill, however China doesn’t have utility bills so this was an issue as there is no way to explain this on the submission page.

Very good company to ship your goods anywhere in the world. But make sure they don't require any signatures or one-time password to be delivered because that just not works with them..any other items would be great actually. Surely will recommend but just keep in mind the above.

I've used this service once before and to be honest wl would use it more regularly except for the fact it's horribly expensive. Basically, whatever you're buying, double it for the final cost after receiving it. The shipping cost is pretty outrageous really, but that's what's offered.
Having said that, the service is very efficient and works really well. I will probably use it again in the future for buying certain items that are difficult to get otherwise, but as it's so expensive it's going to be an absolute last resort, so perhaps I won't use it again, we'll see.

I have been using Forward2Me for a little while now and I must say that the support staff are usually pretty good. They don't yet have live chat support like Hop Shop Go but they do get back to you via whatsapp usually within 12 hours. Better than the majority of their competitors.
The need to upload documentation and invoices is slightly annoying as I don't have to do that with hopshopgo when shipping from the US and I don't have stuff held up in customs due to invoice queries, so maybe it's an EU or UK requirement for documentation to be uploaded and verified?
The shipping prices are steep at the moment, not the fault of the staff, it's the courier companies, using excuses like Putin's Ukrainian tantrum and the oil companies blatantly gouging the price of avgas. The Australian government's BS import gst of 10% should be scrapped too, it just makes local retailers lazy and is anti competitive and isn't supportive of free market capitalism.
They seem to be critically short staffed at the moment sadly. The repack queue blew out to North of 500 packages when I recently looked at a repack on a recent shipment I looked at a repack the next day and the number of packages waiting in line only went down by 40 or so. Not the fault of the team, they have to deal with umpteen incoming packages a day, respond to support enquiries, allocate parcels to accounts, verify documentation, organise people's goods to ship and then do repacks. This is a lot of work, then factor in covid handling requirements. I wish they had roughly double their workforce, it seems like that sort of investment may speed things up, relieve bottlenecks and potentially improve staff morale even.
Unfortunately I can't rate them 5 stars because of the current shipping prices and the few bottlenecks that I have highlighted. Their pricing is still quite competitive for the UK market though.
Message to management: Your people are great, you just need more of them, roughly double and streamline 1 or 2 policies and then you have a great working company!

The Australian Government introduced the charge of GST(Goods and Service Tax) on 1st July 2018.
We therefore need to charge 10% GST on all goods with a value of $1000 Australian dollars or less being shipped via our services and 10% on the shipping service provided. Shipments over the value of $1000 will be charged on import at the Australian border.
If you are already a registered Australian Business account holder which is approved for GST, you can register this account number on your forward2me profile and GST will not be charged on shipping via your forward2me account. The transaction will need to be declared during your usual return to the Australian Tax Office.
We apologize for any delays or inconveninece the document approval process for GST may cause. It is not possible for us to remove GST for shipments with declared values of less than $1000 AUD.
We have to recover GST for the Australian Government on all shipments less than $1000 AUD if not GST registered, this a mandatory requirement for us as a forwarding agency and because we are offering shipping services to Australia and our revenue for shipments to customers' in Australia being over the maximum stated threshold we have to be GST registered.
We understand that everyone is facing financially challenging times worldwide and the fluctuating fuel surcharge rates with each courier service are causing increases in the overall shipping prices we are currently offering. Some courier companies review their fuel surcharges once a month and others review and amend the fuel surcharges on a weekly basis and the courier services' are also having to apply additional emergency surcharge fees in relation to COVID restrictions from country to country.

All of our warehouses try very hard to have all combine and repack requests completed for customers within a 24-48 hour window, however, we are aware that this estimated completion window for our combine and repack service can sometimes elapse especially if we are down on staffing numbers in the warehouses to cover the volumes due to unavoidable absences such as holiday leaves or sickness. The same would also apply to our Customer Experience team for response times for our customers. Forward2me do have a Live Chat feature available to to customers from our website but unfortunately it is not always possible for us to have full agent coverage for this feature 24 hours a day. Please be assured, your concerns will be passed to the warehouse management team for further review. All of our warehouse teams continuously work hard to avoid company standards slipping as much as possible.

The document approval process from Germany is a new security policy that has been built onto our system to ensure additional security and protection for both our customers and our service by the request of Germany authorities-not forward2me.
Forward2me would only use the provided forms of identification for no other reason than if working with the police and German authorities in any events of a fraud claim. We do not share this other than with official authorities and only on request. The information is stored and transmitted in an encrypted form.
I can see that you continuously refused to provide the requested documentation for approval for shipping your package from our Germany warehouse and this resulted in your package exceeding the 30 free storage days but as a one time only gesture we offered to waver all additional storage charges and we authorised shipping for your package at Germany from our side.
