The case of the big radio box I shipped got broken. Parcel was definitely mishandled by the transport company but also the protection was poor.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied and that you have received your items in poor condition to your address.
All damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents from you that are relating to the goods in the shipment, so we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date of delivery and unfortunately we are no longer within the 21 days timeframe to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment. I can see that you did not request a repack service for your goods prior to shipping, therefore, all of your goods would have been shipped out as they were received from the original senders. I am happy to ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request additional images of the damaged items so we can assess and conclude this matter further at our side for you.

I was somewhat concerned about the en route process of the goods to Guernsey, so I asked customer service to confirm that the goods were correct. Awful. Purely awful. I followed their instructions. Set up an account. Got my shipping address. Went shopping. One package arrived and was accepted. Subsequent packages packages were shipped to their address, they were not available to accept them in the middle of the day on a weekday, so they were returned. The customer service team, when they finally responded, told me they were not set up to accept packages on a weekend. When I pointed out the packages were returned during the middle of the day on a weekday, they changed their story to say that the postal system was responsible because their address had been changed. Not sure how the first package ever made it through with the address being changed. Well, here is how this is currently going. Forward2me is nowhere to be found. My packages went back. Angry shippers who got charged return fees by the shipping companies. I have had to expend lots of extra Euros to have items shipped differently. Some items cannot be located. Some were lost. Literally, the worst experience ever. But their customer service team was generous enough to apologize for any inconvenience, notify me that I had the one package I could pay to forward, and to tell me that they were working with German postal authorities to fix their address. Maybe that should have been the first step before telling people to send stuff to them. On the plus side, ShipGerman, their competitor, has been wonderful. Packages arrive properly, I pay to ship them, they arrive properly.

Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, there has recently been a city merger in Germany which means Berkholz-Meyenburg is no longer its own city and now falls under the city of Schwedt. We believe this is what has been causing an increase in the numbers of failed deliveries for our customers with the couriers.
In order to get the delivery issues under control, some changes needed to be made to the existing delivery address for our Germany warehouse location. We understand that the changes will cause some delays and further frustrations for many of our customers who regularly use our Germany warehouse and we sincerely apologize for this.
I have located your support ticket now and will be in touch with you directly to discuss your queries and concerns in more detail. Please keep an eye out for my email.
We hope the issues you have highlighted will not deter you from using our services again in the future and we would appreciate it if you would reconsider your current rating.

I use a service for buying from the UK, but your service is much more helpful as it opens the door to continental europe and EU. Sending to the address was easy. The shipping was high but for what I was after it was all worth it. I will likely make future transactions, and no doubt with forward2me.

Their process is well thought out and has been integrated well into their website. My U.K. post address was clearly communicated and thus easy for me to understand, for foreigners located in other parts of the world, understanding another country's addresses isn't always straight forward, which could lead to other (shipping) problems when placing the order. The packed was received by them and forwarded to me within 24 hours. I received it within another 48 hours. Their price was fair. Shipping options were plentiful.
Other forwarders I used in the past were a nightmare and extremely expensive.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Forward2Me again or recommend their service to others.

None of the UK eBay sellers would ship to USA. So after some research, I decided to try Forward2Me. Not sure on the shipping and handling cost but wanted the parts anyway. So I added the provided UK address to eBay and purchased the items. Once the items arrived at Fordward2Me, it only took a few days for them to get the items shipped via UPS to the USA. Their pricing was fair and less than I thought it might be. However, I wasn't expecting to pay customs which I know if the government and not Forward2Me.
The customer communications via email was excellent too.
I would recommend Forward2Me to anyone needing that kind of service. Just know the shipping and the custom charges might be high.

Fast option to buy UK products in Canada. Note you'll have to pay the 20% VAT if you use their personal shopper service. Would be great if they could setup the personal shopper service with a Guernsey billing address.

Kat has helped me deal with a shipment that was lost by DHL in Germany. She has been incredible every step of the way, from chasing DHL for answers, to getting a refund issued for the lost items.

I'm really happy with the service that forward2me provided! I received email notifications every time when something changed with my packages. I have used Borderlinx (affiliated with DHL) for several years, and it was a very good experience. I've used Shop'n'Ship (affiliated with Aramex) for a year and it was a nightmare of errors, lost packages, and malfunctioning software. Forward2me has been as good as Borderlinx, and things have worked very well. They've just opened an EU warehouse, which I'm very glad to see, after Brexit. I wish they'd operate a US warehouse, which would make my shopping needs complete. Their software works flawlessly, they respond well to messages to customer support, and their overall documentation and specs are very clear and usable. Forward2me is a class act.

A great service to forward packages from UK to Europe. Easy to combine and ship several parcels. I like a possibility to choose a carrier based on the delivery price. It is also worth noting the work of the support service: it is excellent! I'll definitely use Forward2Me again.

First of all, I want to thank the staffs very much for their courteous and prompt service. This was my first time using an international forwarding service, and I was worried about a lot of things, but customer support responded quickly and provided me with accurate information, so my worries were put to rest. There was nothing difficult about the system, and the user-friendly interface made it possible for anyone to use the service as long as they can read English. The package I received had a few scratches on some of the outer boxes, but they were not a problem. In terms of price, it would be nice if it were a little cheaper, but considering the current state of logistics, I think it is an acceptable price. I will recommend Forward2me to my friends who want to buy sneakers and apparel from overseas using forwarding service.
I will use it again next time I shop overseas!
By the way, do you have Forward2me business in Japan? I am very interested in the service and would like to see the Job Description if there is an open position.

Way too expensive shipping rates, with no options to make it slower/cheaper. Won’t use again

I can see that you have shipped from our Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey which does only currently offer the DHL Express service. We have experienced difficulties with being able to offer untracked budget postal services for our customers in New Zealand and Australia from our warehouses due to the additional GST requirements.
We do apologise for any inconveninece this may be causing our customers.
We are in the process of introducing an additional tracked courier service from our Tax Free warehouse to offer more flexibility to our customers who choose to use this warehouse for international shipping. Unfortunately we cannot yet confirm when the new courier services will be ready to go live from Guernsey but we will ensure all customers are notified as soon as we receive the green light.
Please be assured we are continuously working on sourcing more budget courier options for our customers, including Australia and New Zealand, and hope to have these additional services rolled out from all of our warehouse locations as soon as possible.
We appreciate your continuous patience and support of our service whilst we work on these improvements.
