Had a small hiccup due to the address for DE warehouse being in the incorrect format on the website, thus 1 of the parcels has returned back to sender. When contacted CS I was given the correct address format and the 2nd parcel (main one) arrived successfully. From their on, all went smoothly and the package was delivered to me within 48hrs.

To whom it may concern,
I have a cousin who used your service just recently. He bought 3 shoes online using a credit card from our friend overseas. It was tagged fraud by your agent Aimee and asks for proof of billing which he is getting from his friend but way too busy and wasn't able to provide it because the account was closed. "Forward2me takes fraud very seriously and therefore we must advise that your account has been closed with immediate effect."
Coco then received an email saying his shipment was processed already and was shipped to the Philippines. The receive info listed below:
This was shipped the same day his account was closed and Coco is intending to send the details on that very same day.
You are supposed to return it back to send instead of sending it somewhere. It's very shady because the one who handles the ticket is also from the Philippines.
This is a very serious fraud from one of your employees that needs to get attention. We don't need the item anymore because we already processed a chargeback from our Friend's credit card.
I need a response on this matter as soon as possible and this needs to be resolved.

Hello, I am very appalled with your service. This is unacceptable and I’m never using the shipping company ever again. It told me that it would’ve costed me to ship my things the maximum of £250 and I even have a screenshot. This is why are combined to repack them. As I said the minimum would be 150 the maximum would be 250 or near to that however, this is not what happened today it said to me that it is it going to cost £592. That is ridiculous and it costs more than the actual item. Also I wanted it to be combined to re-packed. However, it is in two packages I do not know what to do anymore, but I know for sure I’m never going to use your service again. and i need you to sort out this problem as soon as possible and give me promised quote

In October 2022 two DHL parcels bounced from their German Warehouse address, even when I have updated the address with the desired FORWARD2ME text. DHL just bounced parcels back to sender and partially damaged them so sender has charged me twice for the unsuccessful attempts and for damaged goods. Never again! Good for nothing!

I ordered one tea advent calendar for a friend of mine. The order was paid successful and forward2me confirmed the delivery with DPD Classic. Two days later they wrote, that the order is on hold and asked me, what to do. I called DPD and the costumer service didn’t knew the tracking ID. I had a really bad and frustrating shopping experience and felt screwed.
I guess it’s a trick to get peoples money and let them wait.

Delivery was very quick, 4 days to Australia. My only issue is the proce quoting, where they have different postage prices depending which UK warehouse (mainland or channel island) you ship from. I had a quote for £40 on the website but the actual price was £60 because I used the channel island website. So double check what warehouse you are price checking for as its not clear on the webpage. I guess they think that because people save VAT by sending it to Guernsay they can raise postage by 50%.

Third time writing review. I really had enough of this poor communication and delays.
Wrong quantity provided by forward2me, two items were missing after DAYS of checking, they found the two items. I cannot believe they actually counted two items less.
Asked for repacking, waited few more days. This issue had drag almost a month. Extremely poor communication with plenty of delays.
I paid €295 for the redelivery because of the Germany address and Kat from forward2me had acknowledge in the email and yet another customer service is asking for again for proof.
Chris mention that there will be largely discounts due to the Germany issue. But when i asked, there is too no reply.
I strongly suggest forward2me to improve communications. I think the customer service communicate to the Germany counterparts, thus communication is very very slow.
On the second review, they said will assign a senior staff to resolve the issue but yet this happened again. Asking me for all the information again and again when they are in the email loop.
Kindly note: this review is only for germany. Uk side works fine.
I think they need to improve their SOP and follow ups. Kindly ask the front line customer service officers to understand what issues they are facing and how to improve efficiency. Understanding what customers needs and response efficiently. Going an extra mile makes alot of differences.
Asked for the CEO email in the two earlier reviews was ignored as well. I hope this matter is brought out during the operation meeting so that other users do not face problems like i do. I have no intention of complaining, but set the SOP right.

It was great experience to use forward2me. They provide several shipping options with delivery dates and prices, and it is very convenient to use. I already used twice shipping from German to US, and will keep using their service.
Edit: I have already contacted the customer service, customer service is aware of the issue but they don't solve it.
