Very fast service although courier services are mostly recommended and of course more expensive than normal post. It would be nice to use normal or registered post to minimize the expenses in case the delivery is not urgent.

Excellent customer service with a somewhat complicated order! Always prompt replies despite time difference between Canada and UK. Took care of issues without any problem, including one that took care of a significant charge that was not my fault or their fault.

Quick and easy service. It's not very cheap due to the fact that there's no post office delivery and instead, couriers are shipping the products. But again, for high value purchases this is more preferable. One thing that I don't particularly appreciate is the fact that they break seals of new products in order to check the contents of your orders. I do understand the reasoning behind but if this is a new product and there's a factory seal, this has to be shipped as is.

Would not use this service again. DHL was not a good chose and were terrible to deal with. They held my shipment hostage for a week and were horrible with their communication. I could not get a hold of the person responsible for my shipment without several phone calls.
