The service TrakPak was good its just that the tracking was updated only on shipment and when reached the country. This kept me in suspense because I was not able to locate my parcel when it was in transit. Otherwise parcel was delivered successfully and satisfied with the service!

Shipping was too expensive and there was no less expensive option

Hi,Many thanks for providing us with your feedback.I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping your goods recently and the lack of options you were provided for shipping.We do aim to offer a premium service for shipping for our customers therefore the main options for shipping are via Express services with DHL and UPS. As a rule we do have extra options such as P2P who may offer a more competitive price and a longer transit period however their services are currently limited due to the restrictions on shipping caused by the coronavirus to your area.I also see on this occasion your shipment was very light however due to the size of the package the cost of shipping was charged on the higher volumetric weight. Most couriers base shipping prices on the amount of space the shipment takes up in transit rather than the actual weight.Shipping prices do however include our full service for the use of the address, the acceptance, processing and storage of your parcel whilst with us, then the preparation for dispatch, paperwork required for export and full customer support until delivery.I hope this goes some way to explain how our services are charged although if you have any further questions so you can obtain the maximum value for shipping please contact our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com or via Chat or Whatsapp from our website and we will be very happy to assist you further.Kind Regards,Tracy.

They waste no time whatsoever! The moment my packages reach I get an email which indicates such along with a picture of the package itself. I then pay and in most cases it goes out the same day, I love it. Prices can range from cheap to bearable as it all depends on what I am shipping so I know they really have no control over that aspect. The site is also user friendly and easy to navigate which is a plus.

I found the German delivery costs very expensive then i will never use it again as there are no options avalable for cheaper delivery choice and no chances offered to have picking up to be made by different carrier

Hi,Many thanks for your feedback.I'm pleased to hear that your overall view of forward2me is good however you found the cost of shipping a little more than you expected.Shipping costs are generally calculated on the amount of space the package takes up whilst in transit, this is called the volumetric weight and is how most couriers calculate shipping costs unless the actual package is heavier than the volumetric weight, the fees would then revert to charging on this actual weight.I see that your parcel did volume out more than the actual weight on this occasion so the shipping cost was calculated on the higher volumetric weight. The cost of our services however are also included in this price, it is not shipping alone. It is great that this service exists at all.... the only thing which makes me uncertain is the proces of selecting a courier - one day / afternoon a particular courier is available, next day the courier is not available... or the price may differ... confusing. Also, the combine and repack service is not always available. Overall I am happy with the service, the goods arrived safely.

I needed a couple of pictures from a coffee machine that arrived in bad shape, this was due to seller poor packaging. So i asked Forward2me for pictures so i could make a claim to the post office. All in all, took me 11 days for them to send the pictures I needed. First, sent a dark photo nothing was visible. Then, lighting was good but missing all contents from the box. Sent an email, who replied even questioned my request saying "they didn't understand" when I requested a picture of "all contents from the box visible in one picture". Of course they charged me with all the crappy pictures. They charge 2 pounds per picture (a scam), and my 94yr old grandma can take better pictures with her old cellphone. Only contact is possible via email which takes almost 2 days to be replied if you are lucky. Poor poor and slow communication, bad service and i just hope their packaging wasn't a total disaster as well.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that your package has arrived with you damaged, I know this must be very disappointing. Although we ensure that great is taken with your parcel whilst it is with and do our very best to check that goods are safe and secure for international transit once the goods are in the couriers hands we have no control of how it is handled. Unfortunately it does look like something heavy has been dropped on the box whilst in transit. First timer. Box arrived smashed up and 2 of the 3 items arrived destroyed. The quality of the cardboard box was flimsy. Recommend to insure your package. Would not recommend if they actually repackage and ship to you.
