My vendor shipped you a package of 5 items, a steering wheel, 2parcelbshelf brackets, and a bag with 2 rubber mounts. When I received my package from you the rubber bumper mounts were no where to found. Clearly your packer missed them in the box. These are rare car parts. No follow up on your side (except asking for a tracking number) and no adjustment for shipping. Why would you need a tracking number when you received all of the other goods from the
same vendor box and shipped them? Really poor customer service for the price you charge.
I appreciate you refunding the cost of the lost items. Unfortunately these are rare parts and I have found no further purchase options.

I'm using this service for the second time and it will be the last. The invoice included by this service made a complete mess out of the customs clearance. Not to mention the price of the shipping itself. When the parcel already arrived to the warehouse from Amazon it appeared to be higher than the item itself. As a result I'm paying almost triple for my purchase… go find some experienced and honest company.

I contacted them about the fact that they only have very expensive express shipping options available.
So they wrote me back that there are economy options available for the UK warehouse and I asked back how that helps me if I have a shipment waiting in the German warehouse.
After that I only got templated and way too general answers from them, not going anywhere close to a solution.
I won't be using them in the near future and can't recommend based on this experience.

I used this service to forward my debit card to the country where I am currently since I lost my old ones and needed a replacement urgently. When they received the card they sent me an email informing me that if I wanted to get the card I'd have to allow them to open the package which is unacceptable for obvious reasons and that I'd have to pay an extra 10GBP. In addition to that they didn't allow me to choose which courier they'd use to ship my card, instead, they chose the most expensive one to send it. I was forced to use their service since I needed the card urgently but this was the first and last time I use them. Definitely don't recommend it to anyone else.

Smooth service, all works as advertised. Reasonably fast shipping, no hidden fees, reasonable prices.
Be aware that you will have to pay VAT when shipping to the EU and the carrier (DPD in my case) may charge you extra for doing so.
I wish forward2me had an option to pay VAT upfront when shipping to the EU to make it an even more seamless experience.

The whole system is well organized and efficient. I’m in the U.S., and I received my package in a timely fashion. The only thing I will say is what others have said, which is that it’s a bit expensive. Expect to pay probably $50 to $100 in shipping, depending on which options you choose. But rest assured that your original purchase will be well handled. There is an option to input details from your original purchase receipt. I would recommend you do this, as it helps them match up your items with your account when they arrive at the warehouse. I would definitely use the service again.
