I initially had some issues with this company with respect to shipping medications from the UK. The first time it was a streamlined process and the courier delivered in a promptly manner. The second time it was sent with DHL and the medications were returned before they even left the UK. After discussing this with Forward2Me I was able to get a full refund for the shipping. I am glad that they rectified this situation and care about their customers

I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.

With so many diff companies offering parcel forwarding, I was relieved that Forward2Me was quick/free to set up an account, which enabled me to start using it straight away. First time using the FORWARD2ME service. Honestly liked how it gave me multiple addresses for a variety of countries. The UI is also easy to navigate and as long as your computer literate the process is easy. I thought the prices were fair for shipping and around the amount I expected. I will definitely be using this site again for package forwarding.

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
