Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.

These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:

Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.

forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.

Amazing! I am a die hard Robbie fan and ordered a stack of Robbie memorabilia from the UK from places that didn’t shop to Australia. Easy fix - send to my UK address and in 3 days from my online request I received my items - faster delivery than from my next door neighbour! Love love love!

I was impressed by the services and convenience offered by forward2me. I am from the Philippines and some of the stores in UK do not accept our credit card from our local banks here. Having been a customer of theirs for a while, I used Forward2Me's concierge service to buy an item that wouldn't ship to me. I'd used their shipping service before so the concierge service was a new experience for me. Happily, both the item and F2Me's emails were prompt and efficient. While it costs money to use the service, it's money well spent. I'll be using their concierge service again and already have items waiting to ship out from them. Excellent service and brilliant customer care responses!

I have had an account at Forward2me for the past year or so, and I use their services almost every day. I buy things from online markets regularly, so having a parcel forwarder that is efficient and hassle-free makes a huge difference for me. In short, Forward2me's service is excellent. The user interface documenting newly arrived items works well, and the automatic shipment cost quotes are great when deciding which courier to use. When I need a further clarification, I can always call them or send an email, which will always be answered in less than 24 hours. Beyond that, their fees (a percentage on the shipping cost that is not disclosed) are VERY fair and not once have I felt that shipping costs were unreasonable. All in all, they are by far the most easy experience I've had with a parcel forwarder in Europe, and I expect that I will keep using their services for a long time. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, from one-off shipments to regular forwarding in bulk.
