The staff is always willing to help and find the best way to ship parcels so that they reach you safely, inexpensiveley and fast!!!! The services for purchasing on behalf of the client are a bit expensive but everything else is perfect. Very polite people!!! Always helpful!

It would have been excellent except that the service is very expensive, therefore I am hesitant to use it. I would prefer to have some options regarding the postal service used

Good and needed service. One thing i would like to add is: sometimes certain sites not only require foreign adress but even a foreign card. If we can be assigned an account and then obviously charged it would be great.

The service is fantastic especially if you want something in a hurry and Janet the girl I deal with is really lovely but I didn't rate it exellent as I have found a company that is cheaper.

Supbert survive! orderd a jumper from Hackett took Hackett five days to send it to forward2me, received the item the following day! :) the price was a bit steep but it was worth it! Karlstad, Sweden

The service is good for expensive purchases with a big price difference between UK and DK. I have considered using the service several times for smaller purchases but found it to be too expensive.

the service was really good, the items were securely packed and arrived undamaged very quickly. but it was too expensive for me to use this service again or recommend it to others. the cost of the postage - 195 pounds - was more than the cost of the goods.The price i was charged was a lot more than the price i calculated using the Forward2me calculator, so i felt ripped off. I asked if they had a cheaper option as i am not in a hurry to receive the goods, and was told it was only for 2kgs or less. so i wont be using this service again as there seems to be no way of guaranteeing the delivery cost prior to having my items sent to forward2me.

First delivery was excellent. Door to door service amazing. My parcel arrived in Australia within 3 days from the UK. The sencond delivery was slighty less so as the local courier passed my parcel on to Australia Post, which in turn slowed the process and also meant I had to go and pick my parcel up from the local post office. The second delivery was alittle dissapointing for the charges paid.

it works, but it's far too expensive - the estimate was not close to the real cost. I will not use the service again.

We have a policy of honouring all estimates even if it means we make a loss on it - we would rather do that than risk an unhappy customer so it's not clear how this has happened.
