If you have used our service recently, you will most likely have received a request from Feefo to leave a review in the week following your transaction. This is something we have been doing for four years and having received consistently positive feedback, with an overall rating of over 97%, we are delighted to have been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Merchant status! This is the highest award achievable from Feefo and is only given to those companies who have received over 100 reviews in a year and with a service rating of over 95%.

Feefo is one of the UK’s reading review services and has won a number of prestigious awards for their robust, trusted and innovative review platform including the 2016 Amazon Growing Business ‘Digital Business of the Year’ award a place in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100. As Feefo independently collect reviews from customers that have used our service – without any intervention from us – both new and existing customers can rest assures that any reviews they read are the real deal. 

Another reason we set up our Feefo review account is that although we know we provide a genuine service, as do the customers that have used us previously, we understand that it can be a leap of faith for new customers to sign up to our service. After all, it involves trusting us with accepting delivery of goods you have paid for online and seeing they are then safely delivered to your home address.

Although we generally receive positive feedback from customers that use our service, it would be unfair to suggest that things go smoothly 100% of the time. Very occasionally, there are circumstances that result in a negative customer experience. Largely, these are down to issues with the third parties involved – either the retailer or the courier acting on behalf of the retailer. For example, we have had situations whereby a retailer recalls a package because the payment was fraudulent, the courier crushed the box with the customer’s goods in, or the items sent out by the retailer were incorrect / the wrong size. Wherever possible, forward2me will do the right thing by the customer and will always look to rectify a situation when things don’t go quite right.
