Your feedback really matters. That's what we've discovered once again this week after being awarded the Feefo Trusted Merchant scheme's Gold Service award for the second year in a row.
What is the Feefo Accreditation scheme?
You've probably noticed a pop-up window on many websites that asks for feedback. This feedback window is created by Feefo and sends information directly back to them. Feefo is an independent organisation that we pay for in order to give you, the customer, the benefit of impartial reviews of our services. Feefo are totally independent and don't tolerate any false reviews. Everything they accredit is verified, genuine and direct from the horses' mouth (so to speak). All reviews, whether positive or negative are shown. We've been part of the Feefo feedback scheme for a while and it gives you, the customer, security that our company is tried and tested by other customers.
How much feedback do we get?
Happily, we get a lot of feedback from our customers. We were delighted to receive the gold award again for our customer service. Just to put it into perspective, the Gold Award means that we have received 95-100% positive feedback for our service. We ship goods as quickly and efficiently as possible using our door-to-door tracked delivery service. We believe that we provide good service and you have told us so on numerous occasions.
How do we respond to it?
By listening to our customers. We are constantly trying to improve and expand our service. Any feedback received is discussed and acted upon so that we can keep our customers happy.
